We wanted to wait until our team had addressed all open technical issues that surfaced since launching the Betanet before engaging in this next step.
The token sale is scheduled to start on June 28 at approximately 1PM UTC and will last 4 weeks until July 26. We will reveal more details on Thursday and publish additional relevant documents over the next number of days. MOBU - FUTURE OF SECURITY TOKENS
I do not understand this coin is mined or it is on a test network?

As far as I understood now it is a betanet which means that the coin is not mined.

Finally the starting date for ICO has been announced 28th of June. That means we have roughly one more week. That ICO tracker site is looking good and very helpful but it was good if it was announced at the same time in this thread as well to save the people their time.

Please make sure to follow us in our oficial channels so you don't any information. All official announcements are published in our Blog. But an official announcement in this thread is a good idea  Wink.

are you guys going to adjust the exchange rate of
- first 2 weeks: 1 ETH = 175 NET
- Last 2 weeks: 1 ETH = 125 NET

because you state
Our calculations were based on a conservative price range of $250-300/ETH.

current ETH prices are around ~$360.

Also whats the point of NET besides trading 10 NET = 1 NIM?

I've been messing around with betanet for a bit. And it seems a bit wishywashy.

On my iPad I get a higher hash rate, at least 30%, than on my iMac - both safari. When using Chrome the hash rate simply destroys that of Safari.

Did you distribute information regarding what hardware to use, what software to use, what required or optimal setting are, what approximate processor power will be, etc? If so I can't seem to find it.

Also, this betanet will be much alike the real thing, only it'll reward 5 instead of 50 NIM per block?

Thank you!

This is exactly what I want to know too!

Right now it uses a SHA256 PoW algorithm where it uses your CPU. But it will change in the Mainnet, we are researching memory-bound algorithms where memory latency will be one of the key aspects of the mining process. We will publish all of our progress in our Blog.
