Don't look at my signature!
Well they are been sent to UK but it has not left China yet  Huh
Had two separate ants delivered no problems (£100 charge on each delivery of a single unit).
I suspect it's not your ants that are being held, but more likely the container they are in...

"A Clearing Agency hold was placed on the trailer containing your shipment." --- Balls...

Did this happen to any of you guys and how long does it take for the custom officers to release the packages?

Never happened to me, what country?

I cannot start cgminer with more than 1 antminer U1 connected. anyone else have this issue or a solution? it seems like the golden nonce process overrides the cgminer process of connecting to pools, and it freezes up before the top section of info (hashrates, pool, etc) can appear.

makes restarting a stopped miner a PITA because i need to unplug all my usb cables first
Well I'll have one U1 soon hopefully (someone is sending me one)
But that won't help testing 2 ...

Ey, we sent you 4 Tongue
4? I thought he said 1 ... OK no one needs to send me any more Smiley
OK, got 4xU1 the other day thanks to http://minersource.net Smiley

Been unable to reproduce the 'all pluged in' startup problem except when it was a power issue.
I am of course using current cgminer 4.1.0

I'm running mine in a powered USB2 Belkin 7 port hub (on linux) that doesn't supply much power
(skipping every 2nd port to be able to fit them next to each other due to the shape of the hub)

I found I could run them at 230 without any trouble, but once I went to 240/250, only the first one would work and that is almost certainly due to power.

So ... my suggestion would be:
Get cgminer 4.1.0
1) Try with one less plugged in
and/or
2) Try with a lower --anu-freq (the default is 200)

If either/both of those make any difference, then it is a power issue.

Edit: thought I'd add a picture ...

Do you also need some U2s, or should they be close enough that the U1s will work?

BITMAIN,

Could you produce an official word on AntMiner S2 availability and specifications? It's evident that you are already doing test-runs in your Data Center(s) for getting this product out to the market.

How about 540GH at 1080w for only 3BTC?
And shipped within 48 hours!

Overclock them to get an average of 600GH  Grin Grin Grin

So if I was to order 10 units today, shipped to USA, how long would I wait approx to receive my untis?

It would seem on average 4 days, not including sunday. This is from the day you place your order, before 6:00 pm their time. Two days processing, two days shipping.

While you wait, buy everything else you need and have it all set up, waiting for them to arrive.

You will be happy.

Does anyone know how to keep AntMiner from logging out so fast Huh

Does anyone know if BitMain will include bfgminer so an AntMiner S1 can be controlled by MultiMiner Huh

Placed my first order with bitmain today paid immediately after.  Transaction is verified on blockchain yet order status says Unpaid Unshipped Expired.  I've sent them a email with transaction id should I be concerned or is this not uncommon?

This happened on an order I placed earlier in the week - I sent an email, and about an hour later it was updated to show that the order was paid.  It arrived, on time, today.  Hopefully you have similar luck  Smiley  I believe my email was during business hours in China, fwiw.
This same thing happened to me today. 20 confirmations so far and I already emailed them (no reply yet). If nothing changes by tomorrow do you have any advice on what to do?

Other than another email or a PM here, I wouldn't have any suggestions ... but from my experience and others I doubt you have anything to worry about.  Bitmain has a great reputation, and from my personal experience they deserve it.

Just a update my transaction shows as paid now.  Wasn't worried about Bitmain but of the transaction getting misplaced.

I see what happens in the next 24 hours or so.  Could just be some minor issue.  Everthing I've read about Bitmain has been mostly positive but when things don't go exactly right it's always a bit worrisome.

How many confirms on that transaction?  Mine didn't switch to paid until I had a few confirms on it.
