Placed my first order with bitmain today paid immediately after.  Transaction is verified on blockchain yet order status says Unpaid Unshipped Expired.  I've sent them a email with transaction id should I be concerned or is this not uncommon?

for everyone making multiple orders for the coupons, once you enter "3" coupons you just have to  click outside the "quantity" box and then it updates

Hum, well that's good to know, although unless they return my coupon for the expired order then I guess it is burnt... doh.  I wish they had something like an "update" button, there isn't even a confirmation screen before going right into placing the order and starting the 1 hour time limit.

Would be nice to see and confirm what I would be ordering as well as knowing if the coupon would be applied etc...

Bitmain: Any help here?  I know it is past working hours now but my order was placed in the AM of Friday in Beijing time.  I like the miners, quick shipment and prices, lets hope customer service stays just as good.  Thanks in advance.

Well, I have used 2 of my coupons on 2 different orders... Looks like they do issue coupons after item is shipped and you get certain percentage of the final sale price (assumption). I have ordered 6 more yesterday, I hope they will give me a nice big coupon so I can order another 6* :-)

Hi,

Anybody have any issues with the coupons?  I had 5 of them and wanted to apply it to my order of 5 miners but when it made the order it only applied 1 coupon instead of the 5 for the other 5 I wanted to order.

I just ordered the other 4 individually and let the order for 5 expire but sent an email to them asking about it and have not heard back, any one else have this issue?

Also, what are the chances that they would ship before the weekend?

Thanks in advance!

where did you get coupons?  and how ?

regards

When using the coupon did you change the coupon qty to 5? It always let you use multiple coupons before.

It doesnt let to use multiple coupons this time. I ordered 5 Antminers and I could use only one coupon for that. So I split another 5 into separate orders, 1 miner + coupon per order, ended up with 6 orders and 6 tracking numbers :|

I have same problem. I was contacting support and they said it's working as intended...
I had to create separate order for each miner to spend exact one coupon per order.
I ended up with 6 orders and 6 UPS tracking numbers Tongue

Did Antminers S1 really start shipping in early November? I feel so late to the game because I barely found out about them.

They were 4.75BTC in the first batch and 4.25BTC in the second batch about a week later (Proud, broken-even owner from both). This is approximately $900-1000/btc at the time

I'm lost, I'll leave the whole API thing for now. Is it possible to see cgminer using putty on these things? If so, how. I run 1 computer to monitor everything like my KNC and BE Blades and such. I just don't know how to access cgminer for Ant. Command "screen -r" doesn't work.
No, the startup is not setup to run cgminer as a screen process.

The Avalon WRT setup is set that way.
They copied the Avalon WRT setup and thus didn't use screen either.

The web interface, that uses the API, is the basic way to see the stats without doing more ... as I already described where to get the info to do more ...

Another way would be to change the startup so it uses screen, but if you wanted the curses screen view of cgminer, rather than the simple line by line output, you'd have to recompile it since they compile it without curses in their version.

Is there any automatic overheating protection on these?

When you say it should be able to test ~40C, do you mean it should be able to run at 40C? and has this been confirmed or possibly increased?
I am planning on running these where it gets to 38~39C ambient

thx

those temps are very cool. I run mine at 49c all day long and they don't even produce much heat
My AntMiners run between +46-53'C non-overclocked. So your temperatures are just fine.

Are you guys sure these are ambient temps not chip temps (temperature of the room or rather garage in my case)
I just wanted to be sure.

I'm also trying to work out all the bugs/issues ahead of time as it will be running in a remote location.
My parent's electricity is about 1/2 the cost of mine so they are letting me run my miners there as long as I pay for the electricity the miners use.

Hey BitMain,

Still having an issue with an order:

Order ID: 00120140304203920577TE4T0XgP0652
Date: 2014-03-04 20:39:21
Total: 1.16 BTC
Payment method: Bitcoin Payment

We placed this order for one S1 and sent payment of 1.16 BTC to the address we were given.  We never received a confirmation email after making the payment.  When we log into our account on the site, Pay Details says:

Pay 2.32 BTC
Pay Confirm 2.32 BTC

Order Details says:

AntMiner S1 x 1        1.16 BTC
Order Total:              1.16 BTC

Status says: Paid, Unshipped, Valid.

It's been over 48 hours since payment was made yet status is still Unshipped and it seems as though it wants another 2.32 BTC on top of the 1.16 BTC we just paid?  Would like to try to figure out what's going on here, why it's not shipped yet and why you site is asking for another 2.32 BTC.
