my friend only have amd gpu and he cant mine this coin, kinda sad for him. is the voting only unlock to the jr.member and above? cant find any option to vote.

Your wallet just needs to be open and contain coins.
Then you should be staking.
The more coins you have, the higher is your chance of receiving a stake.
Its like mining.
Coins = Hashrate.
The purse is unlocked for extraction.
There is a setting of staking = 1.
Number of connections 1
Purse synchronizated.
Purse enters the top 100, on it about 11 coins, Earned honestly
But does not go into POS

I only see Received with transactions in my wallet
The Staking=0 in your config should disable the staking.
This works fine in the distribution wallet.
I'm a little bit confused about the status of the staking, I have like 20+ attempts to deposit coins for staking but all of them says "Generated but not accepted Mined". What that's means? Is that status normal?

If he doesn't like how this coin is being managed, then he is free to move on as nobody is keeping him here.
And it was said that new users would not receive rewards as its likely that there is a lot of multi-accounters that think they can score some easy money here.
But that won't be allowed.
If you dislike the terms, then find something better.

I think it would be a very good idea to create an ompimalized miner for AMD GPU owners. This new coin would also be of interest to them.
It is a new coin with a good plan and is going in a good direction. More people would create a stronger community what we need too. I will support this coin.

Currently, there is no bounty for AMD GPU's, but if someone can make an optimized GPU miner for the Blake2S Algorithm, then I think the community can agree that a bounty should be made for this.
