Our plan of course is to get to exchanges as quickly as we can so its an ongoing process but of course it will be only after the end of the crowdsale but we have started planning and working towards it already.
Is the chain already alive, or it will be only with the wallet release?
The chain is developed but not public; so that participants of the crowd sale don't have to worry about early mining, or the potential for others to be selling coins (e.g. to help prevent people from getting scammed by nefarious folks trying to take advantage of supporters)

How will mobile mining be implemented will it use the phones processor or is it simulated mining similar to Electroneum?
It is not simulating mining or game based; it's true mobile mining using the device's CPU. You will have control as to the amount of threads used, and you will see actual hash rates based on the work being done. It's designed to be used while your phone is charging (overnight, or whenever else you may put your phone down for a decent period of time).
