• the amount and currency of the loan
• the interest rate
• loan terms
• schedule of loan and interest repayment (annuity,
free schedule)
So loan terms don't have any min&max terms.

The borrower before verifying a loan fully verifies his identity. If he does not want to go to court, then he must comply with the terms of the contract.

This is a very bad practice when conditions change in the process. I hope this does not happen.
However, I must note that I support the KYC procedure.
