Most efficient way is good marketing and trading competitions.

They have plan to launch centralised as well as decentralise exchange. So in case of decentralise exchange kYC would not be necessary.

Verification as in KYC? I hope so as that should really be mandatory, at least for serious investments. It's a step towards a better organized market that will attract more people.
