Just be patient OR better still you can lodge your complain on discord channel #support-center. Yes, you can buy priv on exchange to qualify for holders status

More exchanges are good but I like more development, I believe PRiVCY will deliver on this front, they don't say much but over deliver as in the case with Bisq Dex listing and Wallet update without prior announcement. So the team has many surprises in store just keep your eyes peeled Grin

Updating the wallet is not necessary, but I suggest you to do it anyway.

You need a wallet to create an address for the AD, (can't be exchange), and the wallet doesn't need to be fully sync for it to be valid. Just back up your wallet and private key.

Just got out of work and am exhausted. I like how every page I'm looking at people are telling others to read the new rules. You guys are paying attention so I award you all a slow clap. If you have sent your .001 to the address in #rules to prove you're not using and exchange adress and notice that 2 priv have been sent, don't worry the rest is still in your wallet just under another address called your change address. If you goto the FAQ in discord it will show you how to send the change back to your main wallet and also set up your change address to stay as your main one.

Make sure you use the coin control features and change the custom address to your AD address when sending out coins to avoid the change being sent to a random address (within the wallet).
