Fee is fine, stale rate is very very low compared to the other pool.

Retarget in less than 200 blocks difficulty will go way down
so we need more hashing speed to make this happen faster

the diff increased? Your site says 27.8, which is what it has been for a pretty good while now. Is it more than 27.8?

the website is up. I keep refreshing it every few minutes with no problems at all. Now get your asses in there and help us solve blocks...
