i hope KDC is going to be the next LTC. it potential is very high due to its rarity, fair launch (i didn't see any one complaining at kdc's launch)
it is 0% premined and many more.
but one question here is geniune where is the devs ?. i have many
time told here , we need some more activity , and that is independent of price (whether price goes up or down) because a coin is valuable
only if we can exchange it with real goods. (other wise a pump and dump shit).
and devs reply with silly nonsense that merchants can be
added only if we have an exchange with an api. and this is wrong consider digibytes , a coin almost started same with kdc have merchants
accepting them with out any exchange having a api.see below so dynamics is a must thing in coin life that dev' s should consider I started mining DGB, and followed that thread well. What you don't know is half those merchants were 5 minute storefronts set up to collect the 200,000 DGB reward. Also, you reasons why this could be the next LTC is true for more coins than I can count on two hands. And more so, you didn't list one thing that LTC doesn't have.
Too many altcoins and too many people wishing they are going to get rich by hopping on the bandwagon of the coin that reaches mainstream acceptance. With 20 coming out every week, and the only differentiation being block reward for the most part, I don't know what exactly you are all expecting.
There's nothing wrong with this coin, and with more dev support, I'll give it a small chance, but not a large one at more widepsread acceptance, but a coin that is mined out in 3 years is not likely to support long term adoption. Cryptos won't even be mainstream in 3 years and the only thing to support KDC miners at that point would be meager transaction fees. No miners = no network. Also as stated above, what is special about it?
Rarity - Go with 42 if you want rarity, but you all suffer from an inability to understand what a decimal place denotes when claiming something is "rare".
0% premine - I'm not even going here, there's a handful released every week.
Fair launch - Once again, pretty common and it doesn't really effect adoption unless it was truly a bungled launch.
Until a coin does something new, these are all me-too cash grabs. Take it as is, as some will be better at it than others, but I have no reason if I'm a merchant to accept this coin over litecoin.
Take off the rose-tinted glasses. I'm not trolling, I'm letting you know that passively hoping that a coin is going to spike because of any of the above criteria is ridiculous. I'm not that invested in it, but if you want it to succeed, you're going to have to do more than petition Cryptsy, post silly statements about your holding until its XXX value, or posting banal responses about supposed advantages of any given coin that no less than 20 other alt coins also have.
More often than not, making money takes effort. Buy a lottery ticket if you want to spend a few days hoping you will be rich.
