HOW CAN ONE SET UP AN XPD MASTERNODE? I searched for a coin which I could work with and searched bitcointalk for MASTERNODES but I did not get any good information

You must be new here. This is not a scam coin, it has been existing for years before the Venezuelan Petro. And Petrodollar has its own right to exist.
How can one set up a masternode? By the way, I have some XPD myself. XPD and El Petro PTR from VENEZUELA are different coins. El Petro can only be mined by VENEZUELAN CITIZENS, one must present to Government VENEZUELAN IDENTITY CARD in order to mine the coin, and that coin is REAL.

First of all, this is not the Venezuelan crypto. Secondly, the Venezuelan crypto is called "Petro", not "Petra".
