Look, I agree with you. I said once or twice already that next time I'll use progressive IPO.

But for this one I'll do the next best thing: pretending to be a lunatic until it's closed Smiley
...

Oh, you gotta be kidding me!!! 3 BTC? Really?!

I should have been a scammer... Is it too late to switch careers?

Told you. You could have spared me all this time and discussion.

As funny as it sounds, that's not good enough. Why wait for the next IPO, this is the great thing with technology startups, they don't need to die in order to learn. They make a mistake but survive if they are fast enough to correct it. Do something now and stop acting like a lunatic, cause it's costing all the investors a lot of simcoins.

Experiment -> measure -> pivot/persevere -> repeat.

Take responsibility and make things right, you can still do it. Wink

Right. Will stop when you'll stop acting "intelligent" and start making the right moves.  Wink

Why can't a 5-year-old understand that?

Besides the obvious reason of being stupid, the 5-years-old doesn't plan to run IPO till 2270, only till 2038.

And stop provoking me to have "intelligent discussions" Smiley

... there is no risk/reward balance in your IPO. ...

Looks like the risk has gone up based on the last few postings from the dev. Thus more balanced.

...as a result of you showing some skills to make things happen and encouraging intelligent discussions about problems.

Well, I'm done with that Smiley

But you keep making the wrong move. Why stop updates, they are not the problem, they're very good. The obvious problem is that there is no risk/reward balance in your IPO. People can buy simcoin at the same price they could almost 2 months ago.

Here you go:

Some prediction!

You have to be a real genius to figure out that as time passes people become more confident.

I think a 5-years-old could grasp the concept...

Maybe a 5-year-old could, yet you seem to miss it. Not only once, but twice now.

People don't become more confident as a result of time passing but as a result of you showing some skills to make things happen and encouraging intelligent discussions about problems. Risk/Reward discussion, remember?!

This seems a bit like reverse psychology, the more you say it, the more they invest.  Wink

This is the best job I ever had.

You go on a forum, write a couple of posts a day and people just send you money. Fantastic!

Come on, send me MOAR!!!

People seem to be gaining confidence in Simcoin in the last couple of weeks. Let me remind you that this confidence is mostly based on nothing.

I am just a stranger on the Internet who could run away with your money any day. And even if I didn't, 9 out of 10 startups fail, this means the probability that Simcoin will fail is 90% (!).

There is no product yet. The server can't do a single transaction at this stage. I am the only core developer and I work rather slowly, the summer heat isn't helping either.

So I still encourage you to invest, but since this is such a gamble, invest only a small amount that you can easily afford to lose.

I also decided to suspend all progress reports until the IPO is closed.

I guess promising flying Porsches could really sell a coin, huh?

perhaps you should try promising a flying Lambo on your coin?

I'm sure it would do even better : LOL
