I'm glad we both missed the IPO, haha. I still mined a handful, but not many. Trying to mine through the hard fork and this is interesting. Never done that before.

I've bought into several IPO's in the past. My results were: 50% were a complete scam (coin never launched, and dev disappeared), and the other 50% I just about broke even.

Seems like a losing proposition. This is the wild west and I've stepping into the wrong saloon quite a few times doing this.

Sounds like the blockchain got corrupted. The wallet.dat is still there in your %appdata%/solarcoin folder. Make a copy or five of that, and rebuild the block chain by renaming the blk0001.dat and blkindex.dat files to blk0001_old.dat and blkindex_old.dat.

Looks like we have to get it "The Old Fashion Way". Heh, oh well. I'll mine it till the sun burns out like I did Solarcoin. It has a huge potential I think and it's probably going to be mined like crazy though, but the block rewards are high enough to actually mine quite a few of them in the beginning.
