installed version 2.1.5 and i see still my old version 2.1.1 still showing when i run it.   I also deleted my Solarcoin roaming folder before the install but still no luck.

When i go to windows 10 uninstall programs in shows version 2.1.5 listed  Huh

Any help would be great guys.  Smiley

You might need to remove all of the files in the registry...I'm not sure what the best way is to do that but I think there are a few apps that can remove software completely (including all of the registry files)

Other than that I cant think of anything else

Thanks! This worked for me.

Making things better with better things.
new wallet candidate is up for test review.  Minor changes including an easier interface for the import private key function which is useful for paper wallets.

http://www.solarcoin.org/downloads/   pull down version 2.1.5

Note this is a test wallet.  Always practice good crypto hygiene: backup your wallet.dat file, ideally offline in a separate location and place.

ust FYI Richard Olsen at Lykke has indicated that he is looking for SolarCoin to post as colored coins on the Lykke exchange based and regulated in Switzerland.  He wants to "start small" his words with $200k USD worth of SolarCoin.  People posting solarcoin will make 50% of the market making revenues.  If interested in learning more contact Alan Laubsch [email protected]  (note this is not an endorsement of the exchange, a garuntee of revenues, or a securities offering. This is merely passing along information from Richard Olsen. Please do your own due diligence) I attended UN discussions last week with Alan here is his bio. He is a very Sr. ex-banker now dedicated to environmental and social issues https://www.linkedin.com/in/alanlaubsch

Note: Richard Olsen started OANDA, currently a $5.5b/day retail foreign exchange firm.

Very good to hear we are gong to be listed here, invested in this exchange by buying some Lykke coins when they first came out and alot going on, already increased my holding.

Worth looking at if anybody is looking to increase their portfolio !

I have heard about this on several occasions! Sounds intersting. I Will look into it properly when I have time tomorrow.
What makes this exchange so special? Is it decentralized? And whats up with these Lykke coins?
Thx Smiley

Some of the unique technical aspects of the exchange, its a swiss registered and regulated exchange for direct trading into fiat. It uses colored coins for security. Its being set-up by a veteran of high frequency retail traditional forex exchanges and it focuses on tokens related to social/environmental issues.

Looks like we might get some cheap coins soon on bittrex

Bring it on. My bags are ready to get filled  Cheesy

If you think your bags can be filled easily it ain't gonna happen. There will be no cheap coins soon.

My bags are already filled. I filled them up a long time ago. Just saying I won't hesitate to scoop up some more coins if the price continues to decline. I agree that SLR won't stay this cheap for very long... And yeah that's one if the great things about Solarcoin. There are not many sellers and the market is thin. It might be easy to sell a lot but buying back a large amount is very difficult without making the price move..

edit: I already shorted when someone told me I couldn't at around 0.00025555  Wink bought back at 0.00005555 and 0.00010555. So im fine but thank you for your tip

yes i have a stick, i found a second hand stick for half its price.
I checked everything, router and firewall and now registry. Still searching but not giving up.
If you go to help/console/information/command line, there is a popup saying that we can use command  solarcoin-qt + command line option.
The help is giving some tuning tcp/ip configuration i would like to test , but the command line doesn't seems to work in the console.

Does anyone succeed to test the command line option in the console ?
i'd like to try a thing like that in the console :
solarcoin-qt -maxconnections=20
Success , i have now 17 connections. I erased the config of my router which was buggy. It took me 1 day to restore everything Smiley Grin
