Yes it's a good pool. Connection details in the OP.

OMG... It is still the same thing.. It shows Stratum connection failed.. Retrying in 30 seconds. Can some1 please help me in getting it resolved?? Really looking forward to mining it since I have huge faith in this coin.

I'm having a hard time trying to mine this. Is any pool actually working? I downloaded ccminer and I have a GTX 1070 but no matter what I do I can't seem to get some hashes. On some pools I get a "stratum authentication failed" even.

Any help? I'm quite interested in the coin.

Connect to socc.gcpool.eu make sure you use the variable diff port.

Yay finally!! After so long I have always been looking forward to mining this coin because it have great potential to be in the top 100 cryptocurrency by the end of this year. Hopefully, socc.gcpool works as u have said.

Note to all as mentioned on Slack I am on vacation from this Friday until the 21st. Given the long days in the last 6 weeks and the few months prior, I am looking forward to it. Will monitor when I can (will be at sea most of the time) and answer queries but if no response, you know the reason why.

Is it just me or there's no blocks available currently. My wallet stopped syncing two days ago.

Correct, because the blockchain is starting to suffer through lack of miners. Everybody wants to trade, nobody wants to create. And the chain needs 6 confirms in order to move forward. Even the diff isn't too bad currently.

Good day. I would like to ask if the dev would need an Esperanto translation of the ANN. Willing to translate here. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

Just chedked in after a while. Seems like no more miners on GCPool and wallet status on Yobit is on maintainance. This is sad.

Oh ye of little faith Smiley

Blockchain has kicked forward this evening, wallets back online, network running. UK press mentions should be available tomorrow, I will update the thread, Slack and Tweet ASAP upon confirmation.

As for mining, GCPOOL is a solid and robust offering. If you're not returning, it's because of the diff, which was at 1100+ is now at 292. You need beefier GPUs running at 1k+ diff, that's just the way it is. Rent some hash at miningrigrentals.com for example and then your shares will shoot up. That's normal.

But consider this - I am going to continue to socialise this coin for as long as I can and as long as there's an interest in the community, as I've already said. But we need miners, not only traders. Classic crypto conundrum. Leave the investment and coin value innovations to me. As long as you guys are mining the coin and ensuring a supply (up 300k in the last couple of weeks, which is good) we will survive.

Is it just me or I am mining wrongly. I am currently mining with a GTX 950 and I could not get any shares with ~270k hashes/second. Does anyone what is the minimum GPU to mine efficiently on this coin? At this rate, I really cant mine any SOCC at all:((

I was mining SOCC couple of days back with GTX 970 on zpool with ccminer. Able to send some shares but not getting too much (0.02 in 1 h - something like this).
But, I checked again in this morning, before answering using the same parameters. After 19 minutes, not even 1 share. Obviously, we are doing something wrong.

i said this more than twice, this coin need to be outta YOBIT aka yoshit if you want more volume, cryptopia where this can boom, or just implement masternode

I agree. Cryptopia and Masternodes would be very good for this coin. I hope the Dev considers these options.
