ok, I have connections now!

Still would like to know where I can find miner exe's
I looked everywhere - I think...

thanks in advance
D

How did you get connections, I created the conf file and got zero.

You need to add/update the addnodes in that file as the original post is out of date.

see here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3919365
thats what I did, and i just did it again and still no connections, im wondering why they cant just release a working client as well as how to get this to work.
hmmm, that's too bad. I am still able to connect... so it probably points to something wrong with your setup. I agree the client needs some work to get new people up and running.
When was the last time baritus checked in here anyway?

EDIT: Maybe look for some help here: http://digitalcoin.co/forums/index.php/board,14.0.html?PHPSESSID=bde852b0ce50a2491b89506392dfb215

Is there a working block explorer for SRC?

Quote
Block Explorer
http://src.coinco.in/

I don't think so. The explorer linked at page 1 is not working and googling for it doesn't give any results. I think the SRC community has to maybe help to get this block explorer up and running, but who is really in charge of that ?...

Would be nice to get SRC back on CoinMarketCap Smiley

I have this link for a 64bit version of minerd:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxKqW4aMUczmaTVfWjZEdnpqLVk/edit?pli=1

Don't remember where I found the link though, so if you need a 32bit version maybe try google.

thanks

I tried that last night and still go no connections.
Doing it again right now...

Also, I know I need to create a 'create start.cmd' file for a pool
I'm on http://www.coinmine.pl at the moment

I cannot find the miner zip
downloaded the src master zip and  found no miners
if they are there, I'm simply overlooking them

would you have a link to a download for the miners?

thanks in advance

is there a newer blockchain zip available?
I downloaded the one linked to, and its 14 weeks behind...?

I downloaded SRC but I get no connections to the block chain
I see a link to download the whole blockchain and add it manually
I'm not opposed to doing so, but is this the only solution?

Thanks in advance

The Real Jude Austin
I have added Securecoin to P2Pool.org

To view the pool stats visit: http://p2pool.org:9372/static/

To mine Securecoin point your quark/secure miner to http://p2pool.org:9372

Use your Securecoin wallet address as the username and src as the password.

Happy Mining!

I hope this overtakes QRK, makes me sick to see such an instamined coin get all the hype.

I get timeout on http://src.coinmine.pl/

Sometimes it loads after 10 seconds wait. It appears the new UI is taking too much resources.

there were some problems in datacenter - should be back to normal now

Hello,

We do have plans for marketing and revamping SRC and a new client update will be out soon as part of those plans.

Good news!
SRC needs huge promo actions.
