Are you planning to make linux walllet with BerkleyDB 5 version? There are a lot of known issues with version 4 as you cannot run both version on the same Linux box...or I haven't found the sollution yet

Does the wallet have to be synct before snapshot or is it enough that funds be sent to the wallet address without beeing synct?

As my wallet probably won't be synct till snapshot will be done

I'm also holding some SYNX and waiting to get GRAV. I'd say the fork is approaching fast. More communication from the devs about all this would be good and we would all benefit.

By the time they release any info, the blockchain snapshot would have taken place. No info but an announcement happening sometime today. "Minor calculation errors" on the countdown moved the date of the snapshot up 50% to Monday according to their Twitter. Anyone with an inclination for simple math can see that we will actually hit block 957,719 in well under 24 hours. The information and marketing provided on this event is about as gray as a timeshare presentation. With that said, I do hold SYNX and looking forward to getting my GRAV.

My wallet finally synced. So what is the history behind this coin? It seems it fell of the wagon and then the community picked it back up? ANd now there is a new coin that will be require this coin? I am so confused.

Yeah the wallet takes patience. I got it to sync by closing and reopening anytime it got stuck on a block longer than 3 minutes.
