If the support is remote then you need to specify the time zones. Language its understandable, it will be English.

As far as I know, employees from India and China who provide telephone support services are adjusted to the time zones of the country where their employer is located.

You're right. But no one will pay to support team of platform that does not yet function. Perhaps this issue will be solved somehow in the process of launching the platform.
