I'd rather sharing be part of the mining process, so that no one is directly paying money for a download. Having the currency itself reward sharing is a much better system.

In parallel, I am also working on migrating core code of vTorrent to Bitcoin 0.10.x for headers-first synchronization and parallel blockchain download which should significantly improve blockchain synchronization time.
