Anyone mining with AMD CPU?

Please share hashrate results.

I am mining with AMD.

FX-6300@4,2 GH = 420 kH
Athlon II X2 B28 @ 3,4 GH = 150 kH
Athlon X2 4850e  @ 2,5 GH = 90 kH

Some updates as we have new miner:

FX-6300@4,2 GH = 512 kH
Athlon II X2 B28 @ 3,4 GH = 175 kH
Athlon X2 4850e  @ 2,5 GH = 105 kH
A4-6300 X2 @ 3,7 GH = 148 kH

nice

I am mining with 2 MHS  w/ AMD 1090T (only 150 W power consumption, but boxes heat up regardless) will try to push to 1,000 maybe more and wait for GPU and perform plan as above , we have plenty of time 10 years!

In my estimation if CPU botnets, there is approx 300 to 500 machines infected which is not a lot actually, my humor is getting less and less, but there is some decent innovation behind this coin, but can not have CPU only or this happens, people will mine mostly for fun (not profit) when GPU miner comes up prices will come up automatically, that's all

next time something like this is launched a link to GPU miner should be made available at the same time, if this would happen here exchanges would devour this coin like no tomorrow and miners would rejoyce

amazing, which miner do you use?

You really mean 2 Mhs/s (2000 Kh/s) with Phenom II X6 1090T Processor?  Shocked

You killed me...
What soft do you use?

and have competition from 1000's of miners reading this thread?, custom software with highly optimized assembler routines...

also do hurry up as GPU miner is being worked on, but that is a good thing

hi my wallet isnt syncing
could someone give me some addnodes for my conf?

There are some nodes listed on the previous page, but also just try this command:
./cryptonited addnode seed.gpile.it onetry

Keep trying that until it finds one.  That's what cryptonited does by default, but just not very fast Smiley

wow, some addresses mine @1gh with 600MH ... thats more than 5000 haswell cores...

I really wonder why giving money to botnets is ok :S

that is why GPU's are ok its hard for a botnet to take GPU over although I am sure many are trying, above does look like a large botnet farm indeed, surprised law enforcement is not tracing it to the source and try to shut it down

yeah you can not compete with above, you can get 1,000 maybe 10,000 if patient , by that time difficulty is sky high why botnet network sits on 1,000,000 coins, then GPU miner is released and people catch up to 100,000 (if patient, who does that actually as people jump around the coins)

so 10 years is looking better and better in my view

but this also could be a hidden GPU miner, by some savvy developer(s) from the underground, in which case this is fair as long as not a developer that launched the coin, so best one can hope for is release of open source GPU miner, if anyone is watching this thread please do so for Nvidia (they eat electricity less  Cool

a GPU farm is not impossible, but implementing these CL files for an AMD gpu is pretty hard. It would suprise me if someone made it that far. a large botnet is possible.

By the way: that mini blockchain feature is a really useful feature! Nice find

I like what I see; an actually active member with a lot of good ideas.
However, I dont feel safe investing until i know:
#1 The disribution graphed out, I want to easily figure out what the current inflation is.
#2 Who or what these huge miners is. This is perhaps harder to deal with at this point, but it seems to me the most likely either a large botnet or a private gpu farm. Neither of these make me feel confident in the currency.

I'm trying to send using cryptonited, but I get this error:
error: {"code":-3,"message":"Invalid amount, too short"}
cryptonited sendtoaddress CS7BStDpSWvixRS99T3Twp9zQUBaA9mqKG 10

Exact format needs to be 10 decimal places with the "ep" at the end.  Please ignore the vague troll-ish instructions above.
./cryptonited sendtoaddress mvqH4czVQg2HdGpkV7PWVZJpRXVwLnMXpN "30.0100000000ep"

Explained, for anyone sincerely interested in knowing why this was done:
http://cryptonite.info/wiki/index.php?title=Cryptonite_API#A_note_about_EP_amounts

Thanks that worked!

You have to put a decimal point and a whole bunch of zeros (keep adding them until it works -- you will get different error messages) and the letters ep at the end. I have no idea why.

I love it, no I am serious, this will work, this might actually take off, has element of humor built into it, let me check my balance

it isssss 238 is that a lot ? , even this question is funny

may I add couple of 0's there also ? and increase balance that way magically ?

but the coin will not be relaunched, nor will the developer's design decisions be revisited.  Perhaps we can let the market take it from here?

You don't know that. I'd definitely fork it, toss the PoW and relaunch it myself if I weren't already busy with other things. If someone else wants to do it, it may happen.

It would actually be a bad bet to say this coin won't be forked. Whether those inevitable forks get any success is hard to say. Launch problems definitely help forks, but it is a question of degree.

My guess is anyone wanting to fork is waiting for things to clear out. with all due respect to catia's hard work, there are things still left to do with this coin.

That's what merging is for. If you change nothing but the proof of work, merging will be trivial, and could even be automated.

Any pools not listed?
1GH seems to be the only one running right now.
And there is a problem with 1GH. When I put on it 400KH - it shows 400KH, but when I put on it 12 Mh it shows 6Mh. Where is 50% of power?

They did just create the stratum implementation - maybe it's buggy.
Where, or with what, do you get this big hashrates?

@bitfreak are you worried about possible clones?
