Just an update...
Ok, finally got a working Litecoin MPOS with NOMP pool running on a server. Quite the pain, with old documentation and lack of helpful replies...
So, if anyone wants a document of an updated "How to" for a Litecoin pool, I can provide that.

Now... going through the bugs with the XCN Pool, one at a time...

I tried to get solo mining , found 3 blocks, but there was some mistake, and now my address http://xcn-explorer.selektion21.de/?address=Ce3th8zqhxK4yyWFtjeLHyCJNv9uWP24Kj is not correctly even visible in the block explorer . What could it be?

The solo mining rewards usually comes to a new address, try "listaddressgroupings" to see what address is being used.

wallet does not let more then 4 clients to connect at once for mining, also windows 7 wallet not usable for mining (it just stop syncing)

also hell know if public windows miner is usable for solo mine

rpcthreads=64

suprnova sh*t as usual Smiley
I have noticed that the amount of disconnects is usually in direct relation to the amount of hashing power or worker connections to the pool server. There was one particular account that I believe was about 10 million KH/s and a few others at the 5 million mark in the past few days. As of now, those accounts are not there and the pool seems stable for the most part.
Which if based on the past postings, this coin causes high CPU performance, and thus may not be suited for large data centers (unless they get their own pool).

I did give a try with solo mining with a high powered CPU server at home, but does seem that the wallet is too slow to keep up with the blocks. In 48 hours, only two blocks mined, one accepted, one orphaned (with 100 MH/s). Giving a short experiment with AWS for solo mining to see if network connectivity plays a significant factor.

I've tried solomining yesterday. 1st block is after 4 hours, the second after additional 6 hours but was orphaned. then no more for 7 hours. so I was a bit disappointed and went back to suprnova (46 Mh/s). At least now I know that I have a backup plan if suprnova goes down again

As you have managed to connect to the supernova, I have not been able to, the connection is lost every 30 seconds

My wallet is stuck at -7 days syncing and i have coins in this wallet.

Should i just delete everything but the wallet.dat file?

I just downloaded the snapshot and then made a manual backup of my first synchronized and used it on another wallet on another rig. worked perfectly. just if u wanna do that

open ports on your router or use UPNP to have more wallet connections.
that will bring faster syncing and less likely to generate orphans (when solo mining).

And as always when solomining, use -s 1 parameter and make sure your wallet rig has it's clock synced.

Do you guys approve for bounty payout?

antantti says yay!!! ))

I assume then to open Ports 8252 and 8253 for both TCP and UDP?

8253 is the default p2p port, you need to open that one (or the one you specified in cryptonite.conf) for tcp only.
do not open the rpcport, unless you need it for some special reason.

Thanks for the help Pallas, you are always there Smiley I hope this improves stuff. I test it for another day.
