No, you don't need it.
It's for people having sync issues, or needing the full transaction history into their wallet (for example blockchain explorers).

BTC38 did not open recharge and withdrawals, BTC38 just use the news of the new team to manipulate the price of XCN to seek benefits.

I saw 191BTC 24h yesterday:)

There are some major updates going on btc38 right now and I'm sure that XCN won't be left behind.
But since btc withdrawals are so slow there, I think we should message their support and ask to add XCN/CNY pair. This would be better for both the traders and the exchange (more freedom, higher value and volumes).

They recognised me as official developer.

That's really good. Looks like btc38 is on the right track and hopefully they will finally enable deposits soon.
