is any other exchange presently working besides bter with xcn,
is there a newly compiled windows version out, ? thought i read that bt38 used that version on windows, so

I hope XCN block browser can increase the TOP100 wealth list, like BTC, you can see large property transactions.

btc38 was down and up now, but XCN wallet not repaired 
(btc38 have a 150 tickets..
previously it was not more than 5)
