It's actually impossible for the blocks to go down from your wallet. Maybe the (xxxx) value, but as it goes down, those blocks get added in your wallet.
Try 7.8.5 but backup your seed first.

I had reader the rules , Complete captchas and that get coins ,very good idea , I had try to get some but very hard to list on top 60.

Be very carefull about Mercatox, the price surged unexpectedly 4x there but it's probably due to an error on their exchange or even some kind of scam. XRB is woth like that (even more in my opinion) but not this way.
We truly need an established exchange for XRB, bittrex showed some interest in the past, maybe with the new relase the interest could become a listing.

Let Bittrex know that you are interested in this coin! Use social networks like twitter and let them know there is this amazing new coin with new tech and a new codebase (zero tx fee, instant tx!) that is looking for a reliable home

Well you see we are currently at block n. 1,286,075 (1 block = 1 tx) but your wallet has only downloaded 309'107 blocks. It means that you are not up to date and you need to download c.ca 900'000 more blocks before being fully synced.

XRB transactions are without fee but need a small PoW to be sent and recived; that tx is "not pocketed" yet because you still need to do that small PoW, when you download the block in which your tx has occurred.

Oh ok, thanks so much for the information, i really couldn't finde all that information anywhere. There is no too much help on the raibolcks page.
So does the wallet download the block automatically? Or do i need to do something to download the rest of the blocks?
And also, what is "PoW"?

The wallet will get synced automatically. "PoW" stands for "Proof of work", your CPU will do a couple of calculations to get the coin onto your wallet.
My suggestion is to let the wallet sync, unlock the wallet and wait for a handfull of seconds to get your coins.

Just one more question (sorry for insist i'm just new in this)
It has been 7 hours and the number only went up for 400

So if the number needs to get to 1.000.000 to recieve the transfer i will be for an eternity.
Is allways this slow? (my cpu is pretty bad i don't know if it has something to do with that)
Also, doing this will get my CPU slower (is it somehting like mining? i heard that mining is consume a lot of hardware)?

Listing on bittrex is a great desire for everyone here including the dev but it is no so easy to get listed there. Bittrex is a big exchange and only take coin which are well established and have no problem in blockchain maintenance like confirmation etc. I think devs should focus first to make xrb list on yobit or c-cex and then head for more bigger exchanges.

After bittrex I love to see xrb getting listed on poloniex as I am using bots for my trading there. But poloniex is more selective for listing with them.

That's an uninformed opinion by someone that has no clear view of the crypo-markets or coins and doesn't deserve much attention.
Saying that getting on major exchanges won't change things it's actually detrimental to the coin and its community. Getting on better exchanges is ofcourse beneficial to the coin, bringing more visibility to the coin and better security than new exchanges (not saying Mercatox or Bitgrail are scam exchanges, but it's clear how a top one is more likely to be trusted).

In crypto, the price is not driven mainly by use cases, go to coinmarketcap and tell me that there are 75 bil $ of use-cases in crypto. Clearly not.
Ofcourse we all want XRB to get used more and more but one of the ways to achive that is to make it more visible (let's be honest, it's still a niche coin), throu better exchanges.

Every coin needs a bigger public to reach to have a bigger amount of potential users. Bittrex could help in a big way to do that. If nobody uses your coin what's the point to develop such a coin? I think every developer wants it to be used in the "real" world...

Make sure to save SEED!
If you already set up password, unlock before backup
Advanced --> Accounts --> Backup/clipboard wallet Seed
Then paste with Ctrl+V in Notepad and save in safe place
64 digits and letters
Check twice! Seed is the most important thing to restore your accounts

Close wallet and make sure it's closed in Task Manager Processes (rai_wallet.exe)
Download and extract files from archive to %LOCALAPPDATA%\RaiBlocks with replacement

Let's test out the release first and then if Bittrex wants to add Raiblocks now that the wallet update they needed is ready, then that's a win for both Bittrex and Raiblocks
