oh wow. Over 300 Million MRAIS

Total Supply is:  340,282,367

That's a lot.

MRAIS are over valued right now.

Everybody can see that :
1/ The coin is old, older than most but was never traded in exchanges. Usually, exchanges make minimal research, before listing, and they didn't list XRB before. It seems the chain was broken at some points, as i noticed. By chance, was the code audited since ?

The dev probably laid low for a long time. Maybe solving catchpas and building his stash of his own coin. That's fine with me and a pretty smart move as well. This coin is 100% distributed from solving captchas so to get an interest in it, the dev needed time off from developing in order to build his interest in the accepted way.

I think it's great. Others will complain. But what else can he do? It is an open source project.

2/ Developments were rare, it seems. Dev, at one point, disappeared. The last developments are from the community.  How reliable is the dev. now ? What was the explanation for quitting at some stage ?

How reliable is any dev? It is up to the coin and community. If the market cap falls flat, maybe he will disappear. If the coin gets listed at bigger exchanges and he can turn his interest into a salary, then the coin will do well.

Like everything in life from riding in a car to eating food to taking a bath, it involves risk. The question is how well can you read the dev?

So here is my take - even IF (and that's a huge IF) Colin and devs take all the undistributed tokens and try to cash out - it will be visible immediately on the ledger.

Secondly - you think a DEV is going to cash out for some measly $200K? That would be the dumbest thing, given how long it took for someone to even list the token.

Quite the opposite - now that it is listed, I would expect they'll work even harder to create value for it.

That's just my take.

I agree with your statement this is a continuation of mrai's journey to be one of the top coin, people should see the many updates and fix the dev has been bringing to mrai and we should all appreciate it,there's no stopping mrai.there should e no fud now, mrai is getting stronger.

Last time I checked Raiblocks, dev was said to have quitted and chain was broken.
I fear that cryptopia will be the exit exchange for holders. Most bought at 300 sat, good gain.

Exactly what is your post trying to achieve?

1. Why even bring something that is no longer news? Colin is back. There are others that are helping out with the faucet and other tasks (check the community site)
2. You fear that some people will cash out? You must be fear driven. Why are you afraid of something normal happening?

Good luck.

Thanks for your answer, I am just trying to find informations about what have happened since.
It is very common that a dev or a few community members work just enough or fake to relaunch to have the coin listed and exit.

Bullshit. If you're looking for answers, you're asking the wrong "questions".

What you're doing is instilling fear based on your fuddy duddy assumption that has nothing to do with facts. If you're looking to find information, simply ask, but please don't reply that you're just looking for info after a post like the one you made; it's just in bad taste.

As soon as a post is not perfectly conciliant, it is FUD nowadays !!
What is the official and recommanded way to notice that a very late listing at this stage could possibly be suspect, and a planned exit listing ?
It is the norm in crypto to fake relaunch from dev. or community just to have a late listing, especially after months with obvious gaps in development.

Hi.
In crypto anything is possible and most coins are pure scam, but since January dev. released 5 updates to the wallet.
It's not bad for a dev who doesn't care.
But as I said, crypto is a weird place and anything is possible, but I hope Raiblocks will be ok Smiley

Seems there isn't an exchange, what about to do a specified thread for who WTB / WTS??

BTW I'm ready for sell my 40k MRAI for 2 BTC (5k sat each).

I'm happy to do the trade with an escrow. PM only if you are really interested in.

I literally just posted one , directly above your own post , it was made yesterday RaiBlocks Trade Thread

So sorry, going to post there.
TNX

You just quoted on the post that was posted on April 2016. We do not need Raiblock trading thread now as the MRai is now available in Cryptopia.
You can directly trade it from here.

Looking for campaign manager? Contact icopress!
Can somebody help please? Is there some trick to make the raiblocks wallet sync faster?
It doesn't use much RAM nor CPU, it doesn't use much internet, however, it syncs painfully slow..

I moved away the old blockchain + data because the wallet kept crashing, but there's almost a week and it's still not re-synced.

7.8.1, Win 10.

Thanks

Edit: Thanks @Byte16 for sending me your blockchain/database, I'm sync-ed now.

I have more than 2000 Mrai coin but even if I lowered the price to 350 from 400 satoshis each still no one wants to take it,some buyer are now asking 200 satoshis each from as high of 500 satoshis two more months and it will be like 5 to satoshis to 1 MRAI..

I think this coin is completly fucked up. Broken chain.
Dev doesn't post anymore here, no activity on twitter or google's group or telegram anymore
Thought they were giving updates via telegram  Embarrassed That stop too  Undecided

That is what i've written.
They stop all! Even Telegram update after latest rollback.
At least every shitcoin with a working chain will live on and on with takeover.
This is completly broken.

Still have Mrai, but i don't like dev "silence".

so 340,282,366.920939 Mrai x 0.0000600BTC = 2041BTC = 2.592.951$

man, I'll wait for the cool off dip
You'll need to wait at least until April 2019 for this amount to be the available supply.

Currently there is only 40,180,503.382132 distributed (available) coins totaling around 241btc (308k USD) at current btc/usd price. That puts Raiblocks around 168th place at market cap. If all goes well and there is no halving in Raiblocks distribution there will be around 160mil MRai distributed at the end of the year.

So yea, it is great opportunity at the moment - price wise.

So make sure you put a checkmark +.01 to help the devs everytime you claim on faucets.
this would be a great help for dev to maintain and to make sure that the development will be continuous, a little help coming from us
will be much appreciated, let make this community to grow even more, cryptopia by now and we will see more for sure.

they are talking about raiblocks.

They are talking, but I'd take their "expert" opinion with a grain of salt. Smiley
