still can not synced the wallet?
Temporary solution, delete peer file and start wallet again everytime you stuck all the way to the end.. i am not downloading wallet so im not sure it will work but give it a try if you are struggling. This method works in many wallets sync cases. 
i have new wallet 1.0.3.1
please help

A new floor of around 2100 sats would nice and then we could work it up from there!

No. Just never delete your wallet.dat and make frequent backups.
