Also I see that this coin is cloned from cloakcoin. But the publicly available cloakcoin source does not have tor built in so I doubt this coin the claimed tor feature in since it is up until now just a work of copy&paste.

In terms of the premine, you will notice that none of the premine has moved. The premine came from blocks 1-10.
