Forget about buying Mbank cards. If you are not polish, you will end up with your card blocked even if you never done anything remotely illegal. It will be enough to log in on their system with a foreigner IP and doing all the withdrawals and shopping outside Poland.

Be aware that even Zachodni WBK changed their TOS. Paragraph 13 now says that any use of the card in connection with virtual money (and they explicitly mention Bitcoin) will get your card blocked. It seems that known exchanges like Bitstamp, Btc-e and Kraken are already black-listed and withdrawing from them will get your card blocked.

Well said, that's why I stay away from mBank - I don't want to put my Customers into risk of losing the money.

That's true WBK blocked some countries, but mainly only some of the 3rd world (you can find exactly which ones in my thread).

True, WBK doesn't allow virtual currencies anymore but I know some of exchanges that are still working (not blacklisted). I've tested them by myself several times and they haven't blocked the card.

Also, it seems that Paypal has banned mBank cards, while WBK cards are working great (at least PLN cards). Currently I'm testing other currencies.

Kind Regards,
Biznesmen

AFAIK, coinbase only cashes out to US bank account, a US credit card and bank account is required. Use kraken or bitstamp if you want to cashout your BTC. Also, WK bank doesn't allow deposits that have connection with bitcoins and mbank seems to be blocking lots of cards.

The blocked cards are Mbank cards. For WBK cards, they are known to be blocked due to double withdrawing before and after midnight. MBank cards were mass blocked for unknown reasons. WBK have changed their policy and disallow transactions involving Bitcoins.

wbk also blocked a lot of countries.

Hi, sorry it took me so long but I couldn’t get hold of my friend (the one who works at mBank).
Finally met him though and this is what he said (all absolutely unofficial!):

When mBank and WBK started selling their prepaid cards, anyone could buy them. Obviously, because of the nature of the cards, lots of dishonest people showed up.
Problems started when those people decided to resell the cards.
Some of those guys were coping card’s numbers, selling the card to someone online and then clearing their accounts.
There were so many fraud complaints that the bank started blocking majority of cards purchased by individual people (not companies) who bought more than 10 cards. Just in case…
Eventually they changed their term of service and now you cannot buy the card if you don’t have an officially registered business. This way they can keep track of who is responsible for the security of the card. It seems to work, so WBK is just about to do the same.

My friend does not have access to the customer’s database, so he couldn’t tell me which companies are their resellers. But he said that as long as you can check that the company really exist, it will be fine.

I can’t really find anyone but Podex at the moment. But they seem like a registered company, they give the address, they made a professional ad clip and stuff: www.second-card.com. Should be reliable, right?
