First time buying from Bitmain. Just wondering how long after product ships before I receive a tracking number? Do I get emailed this info or will my order be updated on the website.

we are not sure why the package is holding on UPS, maybe because you have no the VAT number... we are keeping in touch with UPS in your waiting time, our shipping colleagues are working hard  and no any confirmation we can get the package so far.
but in order to shorten waiting, we PMed you just now and promise the refund before we get the package.

Bitmain i would appreciate my 33btc refund for USB sticks before you continuing taking peoples money.

order was canceled a week ago and returned

edit: sushi says he even asked you a few hours ago.

why is this taking so long? some communication would be nice

edit: I understand i tried to import 500 USB without a VAT number, one was never requested from you guys.
It took a week to get the tracking number from you only to find out it had been held for 1 week. I have asked for the order to be canceled, returned and refunded as i cannot produce a VAT number.

1 week later the packet is still in "preclearance and has not moved" I am still waiting for the refund with no communication, just like with the tracking number.

the only communication i get is from Sushi when i contact him. Today i ask for my refund once again. No info from sushi.
I tell him that i will go to bitmain directly and post publicaly regarding the matter.

I then pretty much get told that i better just shut up and be quiet and wait for my refund or i won't get it or i will just get 21btc(current USB value) instead of 33btc which was paid last Saturday.

yes this is the threat i got given this morning.

Doing sales is not just posting something and taking orders and after a order never reply to you're customers !!!!!

Rum & Coke sounds like a good idea, but I am still wondering what leads I need from my PSU? Was I correct in guessing just 2 x 6-pin PCI-E connectors is all that is needed?

Bitmain has some of the best support to grace these forums.  You should stick around awhile and you'll find that out for yourself. 

Maybe I'm missing something but the order page on the Bitmain website says whether your payment has been confirmed?
