IN my court experience , not profitable at all , from some 40 airdrop make last mont , received 2 paiement till now , one from a coin that get haked abjcoin. 
Airdrops are compatible in the myetherwallet.Yes it can be profitable because of their value became higher but be sure it is not a scam. Other airdrops token dont value.
Many of the airdrops out there is not really profitable.Instead,they are stealing your own information.But there are some airdrops that are profitable like Deeponion.They have one of the most profitable airdrops out there.
Yes it can be but make sure first that the airdrop you are participating are legit and not a fraud. Some airdrops will just be there to gather information and some cases scam new comers who doesnt know the in and out in the business.
It depends on the project behind the token and on speculation. There aren't other factors that make the price. consider also the fact that you will chage airdropped tokens into eth/btc etc... So there will be fees on exchage. On 20 airdrops that i did, only 2 was profitable
It depends, there are airdrops brought a good amount during distribution but there are also airdrops are fake and you just put yourself into waste of time. Its up to you if want to join or not as long you make business in a decent way:)

It may sometimes get profit. But not always. Some airdrop are mostly fake they offer different kind of link for hack. So need to careful always. And its so inspiration act on me always cause my first payment was an airdrop. So I always love to catch on something on the air. You said that have tried many but didn't get any token. I think you have to careful on the rules specially so that hopefully you will find something in near future. Best of luck for you on the upcoming airdrops.
Yes of course! I get my profits from airdrops and use them on ICOs. It also needs luck to get a good airdrops. Mostly airdrops now are also scam. Airdrops should be free. Not asking for donations.

the airdrop could made the community strong,but I think that they are a lots of scam project in the market
so we should need read the project detail to decide if we should join.

Seriously o got some free ether from airdrop but now lots of airdrop I can’t even believe single one everything come up with copy cast some more are here to get data or steal data may they are selling data or they are using that to promote ico.
Airdrop is free money, so it is no such profitable, it always profit, just the matter how much is the profit...

I agree. There is always the risk that the coins are not profitable, but as long as you get something with no investments i'd say that airdrops are profitable
Most of airdrops asking for donations are scam, so stay away from them. These days due to the high workload over Ethereum platform the tokens arrive very slow or not at all
Yes, you can earn on airdrops but 90% of them are garbage. Not such a great reward for your time and the performance of actions of which they want from you. And it takes a long time to wait.
