Perhaps, bullish are only particular to those who are willing to wait patiently to hold their coins in a long term. Especially if the market is not stable because most of the altcoins so far are in downfall period, were majority of them loss their capital. And I don't think that most of them recover their loss, for me it is still not recover in my opinion.
