I wonder how they figured out how much bitcoins were stolen about? Where did they get such information at all?

Only stupid people are not afraid of anything in the world. I think you need to be careful not to neglect your money. Of course, everything can not be taken into account and avoid all bad. And at any time you can be an attacked hacker. However, you need to try to reduce these risks to a minimum.
Not only me everybody afraid of hackers. What ever money we earned is our hard work and lot of effort also lot of time involved in it we sacrifice lot of things to save money and some one very easily hack and swipe our whole money is not acceptable. We should take lot of precautions to protect our accounts from hackers.
Of course! Who could not be afraid of them? Hackers has a lot of improve and modern on which they can hack even a high security stuffs, so it's not safe at all. We can't stop them but we can prevent them. First of all never trust anyone, strangers or friend. Unless it is ur very close fried and you trust him the most. Never trust your personal information with anyone, because this might use against you. Never trust your wallet key to anyone but you please keep on a safe place on which only you will no, encrypt it and put hight security password. Always think before you click, think before you made decision. Be wise we already know what is right, sometimes out instinct is right so try to never have a doubt on your instinct.

At best, we should practice secure browsing habits and educate ourselves in order to protect ourselves and others. Especially now that crypto currency is gaining a lot of electronic grounds at a very rapid pace.
Of course, I'm afraid of them especially when I have something in my account the I really value the most. That is why I don't just click any links because it might be a trap. They are everywhere and we have to be more alert and be sensitive on what site we are visiting.

I think hackers mostly focused on ICO or low-cap exchanges, because it it's more profitable for them then hack someones personal wallet. Never keep all your funds in one exchange/wallet. For long-term hold the best option will be cold wallet like ledger or trezor.

Ofcourse yes , Well you can not tell the talent and skill of hackers so it is possible that they can hack cryptocurrency . Just a safety precaution and secure and tight protection is needed to avoid this. Technologies now a days are now easy to hack and scam. TODAY there are viruses that adopt and have unique codes, thus any antivirus system can find them until they made harm and were added to the virus base. Nowadays I think about purshase of a separate notebook and hard wallet to store my crypto. Of course currently I don't have much, but one day prices may be very high and attractive to hackers.

I am not afraid of them I just take some securities steps in order not to loose my funds, for example, I never log in on exchanges when I am not at home and do not link public WI-FI, moreover those coins that I keep long term I store on ledger nano s and do not plug it in till 2020 at least. 
Not afraid because I don't hold that much coins and I don't store coins for a long time in a wallet. I usually convert coins for fiat or transfer it on exchange sites.
im afraid yes. Cryptocurrency is so vunerable with hacking and its virtual money that intangible. But with development of technology i do believe it will make hacking become more complicated and imposible.
