You are right, many predict and hope that the market will still recover in Q4 and prices will rise as it did last year, but there are no guarantees that it will happen anyway, and we only have to hope and wait.

Everyone certainly hopes the market will be back at the end of the year. But we're not sure about it because up until now the market has yet to show that it will recover. But we must be sure that the price of coins could all be back and we will trade them to get profit.

Bitcoin is forced to make a move due to the ridiculous premium currently on Binance and BitFinex and since the other exchanges aren't moving up to meet them, down is the most likely direction.

I don't see a coin doubling in value while the smart money is getting free BTC by arbing exchanges right now.
