Most probably, since I am looking at the same trend where in bitcoin hit its all time high. It has occurred on the end of the year which might repeat this year.
No one can predict with any certainty, and even if they do, despite the disheartenment and dejection, that is One thing that keeps everyone going. The only thing 'bullish' here is hope despite everything. The market will come up this year, despite all odds.
I do not think that the market will return to exponential growth like last year. Of course this is a problem for many people, especially those who invested at the end of last year. However, in the long term, such a drop in the market can have a positive impact on its development.
I cannot garantee that market will come back at the end of this year but there is a chance that the market will go up sharply at the end of this year just like in the previous year in 2017 the bitcoin price in the market goes up to $20k.

Im not sure about market rising come back but im hoping for it to happen before end of the year 2018. But if not happen then I'm guarantee that it will rise for the year 2019, I think market can recover this year because I saw a little movement and that is a good sign I guess. Many predictions about the come back of market, but the only one want of many people is the rising of it, we can assume and predict what mighr happen because it only way to not losing hope.

I have 50:50 to see the market will come back at the end of this year because we have a longer time in the bottom price and it seems, the altcoin and bitcoin still difficult to increase higher. but I think if there is a mega pump that can happen in the market, then it is possible to see the market will come back like the last year. lets we wait what will happen in December and we still have 3 months from now and if the market can stay like today, then we have a big chance to see the market will recover and reach the highest price again.

There is no assurance that the market is going to pump up again but as of now , it was better to hold your coins due to the market prices that are dumping today.
