That is a very fair solution to all who can't currently get in with lisk. Nice alternative not causing any damage to earlier investors who got in at 120%, or those who want to get in and still not miss that 70% - balanced and nicely thought gives me even more confidence in you to think and act quickly.

I have invested some from my own wallet at 120% bonus and withdrew some from Poloniex, but still waiting on that Poloniex to clear - I'm really unhappy with how Poloniex is handling this (simply ignoring it like nothing is happening). Did they reach out to you at all or did you reach out to them? Why are you not giving them any hell on media channels? If they don't list you now when you launch in February to compensate for this clusterfuck they'll lose a lot of customers (at least I know they will lose me)!

Keep your head straight ARK you'll get to that 2,000 BTC don't want you to refund everyone, cause you don't deserve to not get developed, not by how things are currently striked against you.

sorry buddy, there were another issue also that we didn't know, some transactions were confirming at poloniex but not hitting the blockchain.

If you could send you transaction ID to [email protected] they will be able to look it up for you and help you out.

I have a deposit that shows up on Lisk Blockchain that needs Confirmations. The withdraw was yesterday from Bittrex but LSK wallet/network was having some issues with orphans currently. The LSK team was working on a fix and said it would be fix today and it is.

It's not just that, the past 30 hours, we have not had any support from those who are causing the issues.

It would not be fair to extend the 120% bonus as it severely disadvantages those who were already ready. But this increase helps those now who cannot even send any lisk transactions.

Poloniex has not sent transactions to us for over a whole day, but with also no notice when they will fix it and they have over 32% of all the Lisk in existence on their exchange.

Extending the 120% would NOT be fair to anyone. But giving a few days of bigger bonus for Bitcoin because Lisk transactions are stuck does not have a major affect on many people who already planned ahead for 120%.

we wont be able to please everyone with this but we feel this is overall the fairest solution to a No options scenario.

This was really something we had to do. There was a big issue of peoples transactions not hitting the lisk blockchain and since the organizations having the issues don't want to give any reason for the issues we had to step up and do something ourselves.

This only a temporary band-aid, we have no Idea how much more we would have raised the first 24h if all the Major establishments didn't break all at the same time.

We are consistent, the problem is LISK is stuck on Polo so basically no one can invest with it currently almost all withdrawals are pending - I know cause I have 5 pending now stamped at different time frames dating back almost 24h I don't think that is normal (and almost 50% of LISK on the open market is on Polo if you deduct LISK held by ARK, Max, Oliver, ICN, ... from that equation), what we did was come up with an olive branch to match BTC bonus to current LISK bonus till that Polo wallet node gets resolved (also Shapeshift has problems) and LISK network stabilises so you'd get the same bonus now for the next 2 days coming in with LISK or BTC.

I can assure you that the team is pretty much consistent in the decisions it takes. Allowing the exchanges to sort their shit out together with Lisk and in the same time providing the equal chance for all to get the early birds bonus. This is a force majeure obstacle and none of the conditions would ever be changed if everything was just normal.

Yes, we are getting things updated. Regardless of what the site says right now, we will give everyone the proper 70% bonus from this timeframe as long as it is on the bitcoin blockchain with a timestamp.

Yes but DO NOT send Lisk from poloniex or exchanges. They are getting stuck and some have been stuck over 40 hours.

we are offering the same bonus for lisk and btc right now to give them some time to fix the issues with sending lisk.
