My experience with Poloniex was smooth because tha advice of cannabanana. He wrote here to send two days before Token exchange start to a standalone wallet outside exchanges.
I don't know why but Polo asks 303 confirmation before Lisk are spendable....

Very possible, iconomi is overhyped and overbought, it is worth less than 10k sat, but people insanely invested it in ico for 10.5 million usd. I can't believe, but ark ico is so underestimated right now, ark is the real project worth 15k btc, or 20k.

Yes our minimum goal is 2000 BTC we do have a cap on lisk at 22mil and there is no cap on BTC

2000 btc is the lowest limit, they will reach it very soon, congrats, fir higher target, I have no idea, I think raise as much as possible is the best result.
