Yes, you have to buy with 70% bonus, it is not loss, it is just less bonus, you are cooler than those invested with 30% btc bonus.

I don't want to say that Ark is a scam. But I think it's not really serious. It looks more like a lisk collection instead of the beginning of an honest project with real development later.

Hi Thandie,
I'm sorry to hear you go. As we said many times we see LISK is currently hugely undervalued thus we are offering a favourably bonus structure towards LISK, they still have almost all of the funds (14,000 BTC which equates to more than 10m at current BTC / USD ratio), Swiss foundation is in the process, sidechains are scheduled for next year so still a huge potential to grow and as we accept LISK it means there will be less on the market (demand/offer).
I'm putting you off the signature, but since you were wearing it for the first 2 weeks you will still be eligible for those 2 weeks.

Poloniex and Bittrex withdrawals are out of our hands. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Everyone should contact their support, but if your TX is recorded on a Lisk blockchain you will certainly get the current ARK bonus % that is in effect at that time.
If your Poloniex Lisk is pending or stuck for hours you may want to cancel your withdrawal of Lisk from Poloniex, sell it for Bitcoin, transfer Bitcoin to Bittrex and buy Lisk there and send. Bittrex has had no issues sending Lisk to ARK-TEC so far, but you will probably lose some value in the process. However, it is another option.

ist transaction was from bittrex w no problem.
2nd transaction from polo at 5am yesterday morning and polo withdrew my lisk and it has not arrived at my 2nd address on ark. shows waiting for 24 hours.
i was in with the 120% bonus and has yet to arrive from crooked polo.

Question for the devs: is the USD value of the transactions in the investors page being recalculated in real time based on LSK current price, or is it fixed at the time in which the transaction is received? I know that at the end of the TEC everyone will receive the same amount of ARK per LSK (not considering bonuses), however I was just being interested in how the calculation is currently being made.
