The BOT is the clerk of a shop you own inside ARK. The idea is that the BOT will sell services in your place, and earn some money.

Monkeyscage isn't the owner. You are the only owner. Actually the monkeyscage is planning to keep around 50 BOTS. (Just to let you know.) One BOT will be around 10 euro, but in the long term should produce more in term of income. BOUNTY HUNTERS, beeing at the beginning of the multiplexer lits, will surely earn something. So far around 100 BOTS are assigned. So as soon as people list 100 coins, spam or not spam, all bounty hunters will earn 1 ETH for each bot they own. We have more projects of course, and we wil add them connecting them to ARK, creating a mini ecosystem of tools sharing traffic and resources. The traffic will come, slowly at the beginning. In fact most of people don't have Mist, and this is a clear sign that we are really at the beginning of the revolution. Ethereum isn't a coin. It is a DAPP platform. For dapps you need Mist. Or there is no DAPP!

So as basic wallet it should be ok.
However, if you want to interact with ARK or you go via ETHEREUM WALLET watching the contract (with address and ABI) and then you interact with that (almost impossible), or you simply use Mist..

You need Mist, or maybe Parity will work, I will test it in the next days. Parity is very fast to download, I think it uses only part of the blockchain. I don't know about security...

You will need your KEYSTORE/JSON file , so if you created your wallet outside Mist you can easy import it.
Just drop your KEYSTORE/JSON in hidden ethereum folder, inside keystore, and your wallet will appear.


If you gave us a wallet you can't control, you won't be able to manage the BOTs and the income produced.
Your bot will work and earn, and you won't be able to get the money.
Those money will be stuck inside forever, so please pay attention, in case (for bounty hunters) send a new wallet before the end of the week.
Your bots will be associated to the new one.

during the start sale you couldn't sell your bots, but actually it is possible manually to change ownership (so it is possible also via smart contract, someone could decide to build such contract to favour the early selling of bots, but the meaning actually is to keep the bots and have traffic, so the bots produce income and later youhave some money and some bots)
More specific numbers will come later but I can tell you in advance that there will never be more than 50k bots, very likely there will we sensibly less.
and 10% belongs to the community and is used to award the eth miners (if they are really interested, they will claim their bots paying only administrative fee, so in few words the idea is that the minable bounty is a product for the market, miners gets awarded, become part of the community, bring new life, and pay something to enter)
The startup phase could take 1 month like some months, let' s see, meanwhile the plan is to test the functionality of the social voting system and use the principle (recycling the code) to grow an environment of web-service-dao all around. The real problem isn't the quality of the program (well .. yes of course) but the way the community behaves.

As soon as some coin generator will be on the market out there, with few bucks anyone will be able to create its own coin and it will be an explosion. If you believe in this scenario, so you understand the need of a system like ark. Someone says there will be millions coins in a soon future , and million blockchains. I don't know what to say. if 1 million coins will be ever listed in ARK, spam or not spam, serious or not serious, you have a margin and you multiply what you spent, probably 20 times. More or less.  But first we need to test the system! multiplying 2 times would be already enough. But first ARK must survive, and teach us how to build better societies.

As soon as ARK is deployed the BOTs are delivered (the plan is to have the most of BOTS already delivered at launch time, in order to award the bounty hunters)
The number of bots will be decided at start sale time, according to the value of eth.
The system works as soon as one bot is delivered.
All unsold bots aren't going to share the income produced by ARK. So if only one bot exists enabled, it will get all the income.
 

how soon translators will receive bounty ? and how long will be sale of bots?
