I received this via PM when I asked about the source of the alleged cube pictures:

Hi,

The pics were posted some days ago, on instant messenger.
friedcat should announce full info by weekend

Most interesting, we'll see how people deal with the quickly rising BTC value vs. the incoming hardware plans.

I noticed that CanaryInTheMine, a AM reseller, was involved in more than two AM direct share auctions and he is still buying. This is very bullish sign imho.
yeah, that is bullish.  I think if you consider the potential revenue over the next month against the current stock price, I think AM is currently undervalued.  That is to say, the share price will increase in value when new revenue and higher dividends start coming in.

How much will it increase and how long will it maintain that value?  who knows?!  But, I certainly expect AM shares to top 1 BTC over the next month or so.

Hard to tell, because the last weeks there were coins added in the last minute (probably from sales).

Since this is the speculation thread:

is AM selling hardware right now?  I thought they sold out.

I believe only what's left with the resellers here, which is very fast depleting quantity (going by Canary and SSB's recent posts)
do we get revenue off of those sales or has that already been paid?  I would assume that it has already been paid.

So, I don't expect much of a dividend this time, no hardware sales, mining is weak, maybe a bit of franchising dust...

Whats the div prediction?

0.003

Obviously, the mining is going to be a small part from now on. I am hoping the HW sales (though price is down, folks are still ordering based on ebay and GB/reseller threads here) will add a good amount like last few times. End of November (if the Cube rumors are true) should start to see somewhat increased divs.

It has been posted by the CEO of Active mining that the SEC was in contact with Ukyo the details of what conversations took place aren't known but the SEC has def spoken/written to Ukyo

I think Ukyo said that wasn't true already, but you'd need to verify that.
yeah, I don't put much faith in those kind of rumors until I see a letter or some sort of evidence.

Typically, the SEC doesn't contact you and then let you keep operating.

No, and neither owner has cited that as the reason for closing.

However, the indirect pressure of having the black cloud of the SEC hanging over the US does create a fair amount of legal expense and uncertainty. That certainly has influence.
I totally agree, but that influence and "black cloud" has been there since the beginning.  So, it is strange to me that they would close these exchanges based on that without some sort of action on the part of the SEC.

I think BF had other issues that led to this.

That being said, I think the regulatory environment is actually better at this point (with the Crowdfunding law/rules) than when the exchanges opened.  But, that doesn't make it easy to comply, either. Smiley

Why can't we just get the exchanges to follow SEC regulations? Is it too much money to create a website like that for the amount of traffic/transactions it receives?
go ahead, we're all waiting! Smiley

Do we actually have any evidence that the SEC was putting pressure on the BTC exchanges?
