I count 561.0471 as paid in the spreadsheet and 558.99840078 in the escrow address.  That's 2.04869922 needed in the escrow address to match the spreadsheet.  That's 0.05260078 short of one extra.  Arklan are you aware of any partial payments?  Also, what's "NZ" on line 48 (timewaster)?

i've had 1 payment from muyuu directly to me, since he's in london and had extra shipping.

other then that... uh... hmm. yea, i got nothing. i really hope i didn't screw this up...

timewaster is in new zealand. he along with other non-north american orders (there's a handful) have agreed to send extra for shipping.

Hmm. it does not yet show I paid.

I sent you the txid. Is this just a matter of not updating it yet or should I resend it.

I see the instructions have been changed from the pm , and now talk about signing the message with a bitcoin address.

I find the current official client unusable  ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/reindexing-blocks-on-disk-184125 )

So I sent from a different client,  however it does not support signing.  Seems this escrow may have gone from zero value to negative value for me.

i've been sent several mails without an attached forum name, so i haven't known who to credit. maybe this is it? i'll check my spam folder too.

Ah, I sent it in a pm, with a note that I would be emailing you in a day or so with the shipping address.  Will email it now also.

Scene - well lit laboratory with sub-optimal ventilation
Time - present day

the cat:  "Hey, you know that box headed for Utah with 300 of those things?"

employee #1: "Yeah, I'm loading it now."

the-cat:  "They just came up with more dough, throw in an extra 68 or so."

employee #1 "OK boss, sure thing."

End of Scene

I guess you envision a scenario where ~friedcat rubs and old lantern and 10,000 PCP boards appear, fully populated with chips, complements of some magical genie?  And to top it off, they all work perfectly?

----

Cut to scene of a guy in Europe opening his box

European dude:  WTF!  I was supposed to get 300.  There are only 232 here.

End Scene

---

Cut to scene of a hair salon in Shenzen

employee #1:  Ahhh.  Thanks beautiful.  How many more free handjobs do I have left?

End of Scene

The next day:
the cat: Did you send that box yesterday?
employee #1: No I was waiting for you to check it again,
the cat: Its good here is the updated receipt call the courier.
The following day:
the cat: Why is that Box still here?
employee #1: We missed the cut of time yesterday.
the cat: Good thing they just added to the order, throw in another 20.
And the scenario repeats.

That strikes me as sub-optimal.

Looking at things from ~friedcat's perspective, he's got an expected production rate with it's own problems (flakey suppliers, broken equipment, sick employees, etc.)

He's probably got a bunch of customers breathing down his neck wanting exact dates.  Every person in line who wants some flexibility adds variance to those after.  He's probably also factoring the offers of hookers of different nationalities and all kinds of other things he's been offered as well.

If I were the-cat, I would be very inclined to give preference to rock solid money-up-front no hassle type deals.  The more nebulous and variable deals would fall to the end of the production run.

But I'm just guesstimating about all this stuff since I have no first-hand experience with it.

i've told john that we should submit the order asap, as long as we can alter it before it ships out to include later payees.

i will send payment now but i want to ask do you ship to Egypt or i have to have USA address ?

egypt is complicated. probably extra shipping costs and such. i'm willing though. is postal service ok, or do you need another carrier? PM me and we'll discuss this.

ok, so things are going VERY well, to my eyes.

of course, ideally, everybody will pay quick like. come on you lazy blighters! get it in! (that's a joke. i know stuff happens.)

40 people are unpaid as of now. ...wow, this is awesome. Cheesy

ok I have the BTC now.  had to go the bitinstant route (non-anonymous), as I couldn't find anyone to trade fiat with quickly enough.   sorry for causing any hand-wringing over being a straggler.

will send the funds this evening when I get home to my qt-wallet.

Thank you OP and John for organizing this buy.
