Hello Patrike, I would like to request a new feature or if already available please let me know how to aquire it,  Whatsminer readable API returns environment temperature labeled as "Env Temp", i need away to read that in the rules conditions to execute some actions based on that. Looking forward to your response.

Thank you for the great service, been happily using AM for years.
Hello and thanks for your nice feedback.

This is a quick thing to add so I will make sure to do that in the near future.

I don't know if it's awesome miner or XMRig Cpu miner 621.2 the latest version i had to set it back to 621.1 with 621.2 loaded as the miner it's not showing hash rate, temps etc it's stays at zero so i set it back to 621.1 and everything works great.
Just a heads up I can use 621.1 and it all works fine.
It turns out that the API response from XMRig 6.21.2 is broken/incomplete and not possible to parse. I've reverted back to 6.21.1 in the latest software definitions.

A Question about Terminal windows.

Often, I stop mining on the awesome miner dashboard then open a terminal window and run some other task for a few hrs.
But, then I have to come back in a few and restart the miner.

Is there some command to do it from terminal? Not very good with Linux.

such as

cd awesomeminer-remoteagent ; service-start.sh
Which reports active

Thanks, Brian
Hello and thanks for your question.

The idea is to use the Awesome Miner main application (or web interface) to start and stop the mining. We don't provide any Linux commands for doing this.

Hi Patrik,

thanks for the quick response.

This seems to be the reason. That service isn't running, not even in the service-list anymore. Checked all Win 11 Pro.
Older patches are not affected, that service is running and in the list, Win 10 isn't affected too. Just the newest Win 11 updates.

Best regards
Hello,

I've been trying with a number of Windows versions now, including these two that you listed:
- Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 22631.3155
- Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 22631.3235

In my case I do see IntelliBreeze Maintenance Service installed and running after I install either Awesome Miner or Remote Agent. So unfortunately the issue is a bit more complex than just related to a specific Windows 11 build number.

I assume you already tried with rebooting. Can you please also verify that you have the latest Windows Defender definitions?

Do you get the same problem no matter if you install Awesome Miner or Remote Agent - that this service isn't installed correctly?

Hi Patrik,

I just reinstalled the Remote Agent. Clicked the "Repair" function and it reenabled the IntelliBreeze service.

But yes, I rebooted all machines. On that rigs I don't have defender running. But windows update downloaded all files. So I really dunno why windows kicked out your service. But if a quick reinstall helps, thats fine. Maybe try to include this reinstall-step into your guide somewhere Smiley

So, its fixed for now. Thanks for your quick response!

Hi again Patrik Smiley

I have some Win 11 Pro Rigs and on all of them the overclocking system doesn't work anymore after the new Win-Update.

All hosts are connected, the "Test connection" works. AM can read all stats without any problem.
But AM won't execute any Clocking Profile inside the Managed Miner Properties. If I try to manually set any clocks in the "GPU overclocking" tab, it says "Failed to update the following hosts: xyz". If I click again on apply, AM doesn't print the error again. It just looks like the new overclocks are set, but they aren't.
I have no firewall or anything else set.

In order to check, I have copied over an older version of the 9.10.8 Remote Agent, but the problem remains.
Then I switched to an older Win 11 backup from last month. And everything works fine as usually.

Because I also updated AM from an older version to the newest 9.12.5, I really can't tell if it's a problem of the newest AM version, or just Windows 11. But the backup works, even with the newest AM version, so I think its something in Windows. No Windows 10 rig seems affected right now, only Win 11.

The systembuilds:

Doesn't work            Windows 11 Pro, 23H2 22631.3235
Backup which works   Windows 11 Pro, 23H2 22631.3155

Can you please check that?
Thanks for your report - I will investigate.
Can you please open services.msc and check if "IntelliBreeze Maintenance Service" is running correctly?

Thanks,

I thought I looked over every single menu, But I missed that one.

It reports in Celsius is there any way to toggle to display in Fahrenheit
Today we only support temperature display in Celsius. The reason is that Celsius is being used by all ASIC miners and GPU mining software. However, I agree that the outside temperature may be easier to relate to in F so we might make this configurable in the future.
