bank as I can do refund if some hacking happen because the bank is responsible for not securing my account/money for any incident regarding loss of money in my account . Bitcoin wallet is secure as long as its offline and you dont have any save password on your pc that can access thru malware or some other viruses.

if the bitcoin wallets will also be that much powerful as banks are then they will also provide a guarantee for your bitcoins and they will pay back you your bitcoins whenever they will face a hack.
how would bank pay you if the get hacked? It is ridiculous to expect this as this will ruin them

We need to choose both it is great if we have that at the same time, bitcoin is good for investment and fast income using their methods of earning while bank is good for investment (savings) for back up and safest way to put our money.

Agree. Until now, we have to face reality and thus cannot avoid banks since fiat is still used in countries worldwide. But, if Bitcoin becomes mainstream and used massively then maybe it could replace fiat and banks completely (although perhaps governments would have their own digital currency) Nevertheless, it is good to have both Bitcoin and fiat.  Grin

P.S. With Bitcoin, you can also have security (similar to that of a bank) if you use methods like paper wallets or even hardware wallet which are better. You would have control of your own funds, plus the security that a bank would provide since with Bitcoin you are your own bank.  Smiley

Bank is way more safe than a bitcoin wallet but I like bitcoin wallets more because bitcoin wallets give more freedom.
So in the end I'd choose for bitcoin wallets cause I like my privacy and freedom more than the safety of a bank.
Banks are not safer than a bitcoin wallet, your bank account funds can be stolen by thieves, the banks and governments, your funds in your bitcoin wallet can only be stolen by a thief.

Banks i don't trust they hold your money with a lot of charges and you need to ask them permission if you want to sent large amounts.
With bitcoin you got total freedom so yeah that is an easy choice for me.

The bigger problem with banks is the taxes, I pay "a lot" for month, I said "a lot" because I don't use the account regularly and still have to pay this tax... The best option is use the two methods, banks and btc wallet, because banks can "steal" you and btc can disappear, so never put all your money just in one place.

Currently both are better as without banks we are unable to withdraw our bitcoins whenever we need to withdraw them for some usages and in the future if we get some places where we will be able to use our bitcoin for everything then we will not need to withdraw then and so we will not need any bank.

But for deposit we will need banks even in those times when everything will be available in bitcoins and when the government and other companies will start paying our salaries in bitcoins the we will be able to not to use banks anymore.

Bank would be my first choice because it is safe and legalized by the government. It means that it has better security, lets say if a bank is hacked then customer will not to worry about the money because there is a guarantee that customer will still get their money back. Unlike bitcoin wallet, once a bitcoin wallet is hacked then mostly all customer will lose their bitcoin. Sad

If something happens with your bank, then it's indeed right that your money is secured, but it's only up to a certain amount which also depends per country. Here for example, my money is secured up to the amount of $50,000 and that's it. Everything above that amount will be gone. That's why people spread their money into various banks.

As for now both because I can not handle all my things just with Bitcoin it is not sufficient for everyday payments. It would be pleasure and is more safer to be just on Bitcoin wallet but still I am dependent on banks for some more years.
You have the point honestly i have those both because if i put all my money into bitcoin we dont know how long bitcoin will live.. so some of my salary is in banks and for collected bitcoin is in bitcoin wallet just to save and collect for my future..

There is not suitable situation to be only one side at this moment. I was using banking services and still keep using but I have cut a portion of my banking account and moved some funds into Bitcoin wallet. I would love to switch on to Bitcoin fully when it will be practically possible in future. There is not enough adoption and acceptance which is biggest hurdle in this regard.

I also have the same opinion and i am surprised that many people voted for bitcoin wallet, but yes if something bad happens we can go to bank and complain but in bitcoin wallet we dont know where are the owners and they in some other country so we cant do anything rather than just sending them emails.

if I have to choose I still choose for the bank because your money is insured if something happens and I also do not trust a unstable currency that can fall down on a day..
I think its too risky to do this!

That's true our money is more safe with the banks as if we our bank account gets hacked then banks will help us in recovering our money but the same is not the case with bitcoin wallet, once bitcoins lost its impossible to recover them.

if a person will make the extreme security for his bitcoin wallet and will activate all the keys for strong security then itis not possible for someone even for a well trained hacker to hack your bitcoin wallet. So you can rely on bitcoin wallet.
