Thanks a lot for template Gazeta!

I'm about to send another wave of reports because this is getting out of control and I do hope Telegram will take action asap. Also , don't be shy to ask your friends and family to help us with the reports because as long as we gather more and more reports , the faster Telegram will take action on those fake channels.  Smiley

@gazetabitcoin :  thanks for making so easy reporting these scammers.

Just reported fake channel and group using that template, it's a minute work but can prevent genuine user from losing a lot of hard earned money as well as tarnishin Unijoin's reputation in the eyes of those not understanding it's just a trivial phishing attack.

I also invite everyone to do the same.

I make an appeal to all users which made previous reports and also to all which can give a hand of help: can you do one more effort, please, and report these imposters as well?

Are there any news about that Telegram imposter UniJoin_A? Were they banned by Telegram?
It's still existing.

Fake channel:
Code:
https://t.me/UniJoin_be

Fake group:
Code:
https://t.me/+9-b0IbSBkNhlNTkx

Reports can be sent at [email protected] and at https://t.me/notoscam.

This is a template you can use for reports:

It seems like our reports on unijoin(dot)plus paid off, I tried accessing the site using different browsers including tor browser yet I’m unable to open it so I guess something must have took place.

So we’re now left with Unijoin(dot)pro and the newly identified unijoin(dot)fun, I believe if we put all efforts the same way we did for .plus we can get the same result.

This is great news, Cantsay! So it's possible to take down websites as well!
Can you explain, please, how you reported the website?

P.s both telegram accounts have been reported by me.

Good work though but still this is a never ending task as the scammers will come up with new site to impersonate the original one and scam the users.

I was checking through Similar Web the traffic on these sites. Unijoin fun did not showed any visit to the page while unijoin pro had around 700 visits in the month of  October. However the original UniJoin site had over 10K visits a month.

Also, one way to identify the real site is that it is protected by cloudfare and when you open it, it will first test the connection is secure, before opening the site while the scammer's site will open directly.

I wanted to check if Telegram has gotten rid of those assholes, and to my surprise another Unijoin imposter has surfaced. This one has a channel of 2,143 subscribers, a private group of 569 members and a fake website.

Fake group:

Fake website:

I guess this is also another fake one that exactly copied the genuine [banned mixer] because I haven't seen any post on this thread about it being their mirror site. I haven't gone through the entire search results but there could still some few. And whoising it make sense, it's just made last month

Those scammers create such sites and try to make it appear first on Google and in search engines. Unfortunately, Google does not give priority to forums to appear first,
It's been so long that Google have got the same reports from other official websites too that there have been phishing websites that were able to pass on and get to advertise through the top results.

but continuing to publish here will make this topic appear in the initial results and reduce the chances of fraud.
I searched using Google and duckduckgo and this site came up as result number 2.
The good news is that the signature campaign yields good results because phishing attacks target successful projects.
This is what we can do and keep reporting whenever we find one. So folks that have seen the fake ones, post it here and report them already through google's safebrowsing link.

My advice is to everyone that whenever you need to access a mixer or any financial site where money is involved, first search the site, make sure it is the authentic one, then bookmark it and then always open the site from your bookmark so that this google thing won't take you to a scam site.

Unfortunately, this kind of advice remains here, where most users in the know recognize the original site.
Some kind of warning, a link to this thread for example, to check if the site is legit would probably help. Scammers on phishing sites avoid leaving links to the original source, and once the users get used to the fact that it is a mandatory part of the site, maybe it would at least partially increase safety.

But still, i really feel frustrated when I see the scam sites indexed better than the original sites. In some cases, even if the real site is listed at the top, we have some ad sites appearing after our Google search and those ad sites take us to the phishing sites.

A lazy one if you ask me; they don’t check if the recurring address for mixed coins is a valid bitcoin address or not, you can input gibberish e.g “&$yeh” in it and it will still work unlike the real site, and they also have a fixed deposit address no matter how many times you restart the process you still get the same deposit address same with the previous telegram bot.

Don’t forget to report it to google and others as a phishing site if it’ll reduce its occurrence when “Unijoin” is searched it would be of great help.
Done reporting it and I think that we're going to see more of them as it seems [banned mixer] has been targeted by these cons and will continue to reproduce even with their reported phishing sites.

I was browsing and trying to check and see if there are still some copycats of [banned mixer] and at first, I thought that there's no more to be found but this is just also on the first page of Google and just a few scrolls down when I've searched it through there.

What baffles me is the number of imposters trying to take UniJoin's identity. There are also some other mixers on the forum, but I never seen any similar issues in their case, and I am following their threads close. At least some of those threads.
In the past IIRC, the older ones that has been out of business like chipmixer has been also copied by these. But this time, I think that they've just found a target on their eyes and won't stop doing so.

Are there any news about that Telegram imposter UniJoin_A? Were they banned by Telegram?

How about a user who is a little paranoid?
One who does not want to give up his shipment location?

We discussed this a few pages back in the thread. If you care about your privacy to the fullest, then don't participate. Then there are other options like having a PO box and having it sent to a name other than your own (or simply "the owner"), so the most anyone will know about you is the approximate area where you live.

Depending on where you live there are also other options:

Personally, when I need to have something delivered from the forum, I choose a letterbox belonging to a third party, or I use an empty box in a building and put the name of my choice on it (in my country, postman's key-passes are legal to buy as an individual).

People can always choose to have their items delivered where they want and with someone else's name on it. What I mean is that there's no proof that the cards are sent to the users' real addresses.

Anyone who has ever written in this thread before the raffle is announced (important) has the right to participate.

This is what I told UniJoin and what they agreed with.
How about a user who is a little paranoid?
One who does not want to give up his shipment location? You know how things can change so quickly, like a weather pattern on the internet? How do you guys go about this? Or the raffle draw is exclusive for those who are willing to receive the shipped cards through a physical address?

Sorry, I am not so familiar to these collectibles things and I have never participated before.

Is there some secret list of people who are eligible to participate?

The raffle is limited to 16 participants and when participation is free for all, the quota fills up very quickly. They Unijoin only try to prioritize members who actively participate in the promotion of the brand, through signatures, free translation or active participation in the ANN discussion.

Only for or participants of the UniJoin campaign and for people who translated the UniJoin thread into other languages.
