All are not doing this all free as we are having fees and many are not returning this money which is sent by user on wrong address as I have personally experience few months back on a site I send my 0.7 Ethereum on wrong address which was ETC then I contact to support, but they give reply now it's not possible for us to recover this all please do this next time carefully and double check before sending any amount to related addresses.
If BC Game is taking some fees and then giving back still I feel its good by them and having good for the member now next time he needs to check this all carefully and send amount to right address because things like these has never been good for the users with usually need to read all T & C before doing any stuff is also helpful for the members.

Usually on centralized exchanges, they will not automatically support their users for such troubles. They have notification, reminder that users must check blockchain, token support and address very carefully before finalize a deposit or withdrawal.

They also have terms that in case they support users, they will charge support fee and as I know, fee is not cheap.

Well, I hadn't looked into it properly yesterday. Your WBTC balance is still 0 as your deposit was BBTC, which has a different contract address. 'Cantsay' has clarified it properly in his post. Although BCgame team doesn't accept BBTC deposit, but they should have access to the funds which you have sent to a wrong network. They will add the amount manually to your account by verifying the deposit. The involved amount is 1 BTC (equivalent to $70k now). @icopress & @efialtis, it will be helpful for the user if you guys tell BCgame team to give priority to his issue and solve it shortly.

He could not use his desired currency (in this case USDT) for the deposit but "only" Bitcoin. This has nothing to do with an error or a necessary bug fix, the casino probably only supports deposits in Bitcoin and nothing else. When I click withdraw from that page it defaults to BTC.

@burkender1 explanation is still not clear - I have withdrew coins from Binance several times and before you proceed with your withdrawal you first have to choose the coin you want to withdraw, you can’t just paste your wallet address as @burkender1 before you’ll choose the coin. If he had referred to the network (that’s still after choosing the coin) I would have believed him more.

@Mahdirakib, there’s so much that I don’t know about altcoins but after you mentioned that bcgame uses the same deposit address for both btc erc20 and bep20 and eth I had to look more into the OP’s post and I found something interesting that might have resulted in him not receiving the deposit.

The txid the op presented showed that he sent wrapped bitcoin but not the original one, and here’s why.

The real wrapped bitcoin has the following;

I think everything you wrote is correct but it has not been credited and my WBTC balance is 0.

BCgame use the same ETH address to accept the Bitcoin deposit on ERC20 and BEP20 network. Therefore, you should have received the deposit on your BCgame account which you have sent by mistake. Have you checked the WBTC coin balance on your account? Search WBTC from the coin filter and see whether it has been added to your account balance or not. I have added your transaction link on your post, and you have indeed deposited 1 BBTC to your BCgame ETH address (which should be your WBTC deposit address too).

When intending to deposit on betting websites I had the bad habit of starting by clicking deposit, while on the page I would copy the crypto deposit address.
Next I would go to Binance and click withdraw crypto. Since I had the address on clipboard, the first thing I would do is to paste it in.
as a result of this process I would get the warning on Binance on almost every withdrawal and then change the crypto currency afterwards.


so this one time where I forgot to change the crypto, out of habit i ignored that warning and didnt read it. I also did not notice BTC instead of ETH in the authenticator email.

Now I read all the warnings carefully. If I need to send ETH I specificly go under assets and click withdraw directly from ETH so the crypto does not need to be changed.

I plan to move funds to funding, and then only send from spot. I should not have had 1 Full BTC available to send when I wanted to only send a few thousand.

Yesterday I was playing dice a bit and almost lost a bunch of money because of a "design flaw".
When playing dice ( and other games as well ) you have the /2 bet and x2 bet button right over some some amount buttons ( 1$ / 10$ / 100$ / 1000$ ) .
Especially 100$ and 1000$ are right below the 2x button.
In my case I accidentally clicked on 100$ ( which if you have below 100$ basically bets all your money ) instead of x2 while I was making 0.8$ bets. So I made a 88$ bet, lucky for me I won. Of course I didn't pay 100% attention but since these buttons are so close to each other this can easily happen to anybody if you play fast with often switching between /2 and x2.



This was the first time I ever made this mistake but it really it apparent that the placement of these amounts so close to the other buttons is more than dangerous.
I did tell the support but they didn't seem to interested unfortunately.

In the past, when I had some garbage coin and I bet it all in on some game there was a message if I really want to bet all of my balance. This "warning" though only comes sometimes, in this case yesterday it didn't.
Hopefully there could be something done about this. If not for the design, at least ALWAYS ask to confirm an allin bet.

Still that wouldn't help though if you have like 3k in balance and accidentally click in 100$ or 1000$.
