- don't check the twitter or ANN every hour Wink

- a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient..
If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.

Yes joining in ICO's needed patience and hardwork. In my experience you will wait at least 4 to 5months to finish an ICO project and then wait for sometime for your coins to be in the exchange so that you can now have your profit. For me waiting is worth it so don't be discourage.

Most investors especially newbie are very impatient of the market because they are influenced by many crypto get rich stories, thus have unrealistic expectation. They forget the basic fundaments of trading: that is be patient to do research on the coins you intend to invest, be patient to wait for good price to enter, finally be patient to wait for the price to rise to profitable level. In fact many bitcoin millionaires had been holding the coins for many years.

If you are an investor and you think that you gonna gain profit quickly with your investment then you are wrong because mostly of coins will drop during launching to the exchange and it will take some time before the price recovers.

But how long to wait. I have bought some coins like ripple, cardano, stellar, NEM, verge, tron, cindicator and siacoin more than one year ago. But still, I am into loss. I hold, hold, hold, and the price goes up in a moment, but it goes down in no moment, giving no time for investors to sell their holdings. If the market goes this way, when to get profit. This is because of volatility of the market? Will regulation will bring it to an end?

I agree on what you have said. As we can see the history of coins and tokens most of them will have a great profit after a year or more. Most of the coin needs time to implement their platform and for the investors to check on theses coins. As the saying goes. "Patience is a virtue" so just hodl as much as you can.

Usually beginners do so. They come in crypto and expect quick profits. But, alas, most often this doesn't happen. And they can't cope with their emotions and can't wait. That's a great advise, it's already how i deal with this crypto thing. Loss is a normal thing, but, we can't accept that.Peoples fear about losing money, but they just forget to enjoy the moment, you are here discovering a great field and there's somebody else who has no computer to even open a BTalk account lol.
It's just a matter of time, buy and hodl, hope for the best and cross your fingers.
