Being strategic is being wise and smart with all actions taken. I think of being strategic as actively engaging in shaping and directing your life. It is about being thoughtful, careful, and purposeful. Strategic living means being smart enough to embrace the opportunity of playing an active role in determining what you are creating, promoting and allowing in your life.
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?
For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.

it seems like I need them both because being an intelligent person will be able to define a strategy to earn a lot of profits, so smart and trategy people seem to be attached and not too different because it would mean the same.

Every people has their own mind and were smart with our decision it may be good or bad sometimes it gives us a lesson after wards we gain knowledge from it but the ideal thing is to be strategic person with smart moves because you know what you are doing at the first place.

Being a smart is not good decision as compare to being strategic. I'd rather choose to be strategic than being smart. Well, being smart is actually great! Besides it is innate to us to become smart. But, just the saying "grades are just numbers", being smart doesn't mean being able to cope with a lot of circumstances. Unlike when we are strategic, we are flexible in many ways. We don't have to be perfectly smart to do something that is required to be done. Being strategic is having an ability to plan ahead and win.
I'd rather be strategic because people who knows how the world works will always survive more. But if I was given a third option I would choose to be wise. The ability to know how, when, what and why using all your experiences together with your insight, morals and common sense.
For me, I'll choose to be strategic. Although being smart is good. But being strategic means being proactive and confident when it comes to decision making. And they're the ones who are future-oriented. So I think strategic persons are more likely to be successful.
the modern world demands us to be smart in everything, if not smart then our lives will not change, the presence of bitcoin becomes a great opportunity for anyone to succeed, immediately invest bitcoin because this is a smart strategic.
in the bitcoin world you need a smart brain and pro strategy to make a lot of money but not all the time your lucky. in my opinion you need to invest on bounty or trading
