The best ICO in September was Blackmoon Crypto in my opinion! Clearly a long term investment!

36K was from their presales. So 7K during ICO even with 2 days is considered bad. But I didn't say they wouldn't reach 200K. I'm asking "what if" so what happens to all the license they are looking for. For Change ICO is one of the best if not, there are some others loke Cindicator and Kin (Concluded).
Maybe MiBambino or thepo1m can answer. If Change doesn't sell out will they burn tokens? Its a important question for investors.
If they don't reach the cap there probably will be a new round of investments, as you know they're backed by a VC so they'll definitely get the funding. i however believe there's still plenty of time to reach the cap. Also, if you read the whitepaper you'll see that only 50.000 ETH is needed for the licensing, AND they don't need it as they're currently working with external service providers. Bottom line is that if they don't get enough during the ICO, they'll get it later and the plans are just postponed a bit, this happens all the time

I think the best ICO on september was Monetha. they reached the hardcap within minutes. but since aventus also soldout for a minute I can also accept it as the best ICO on september.
I own both Monetha and Aventus and am high on them, but the only issue I have with both of them is they did not get any big name exchanges and have no date when those will be available. The longer the wait, the more I see people drop out to use funds for other ICO. I am still hopeful but it really would help to get on more exchanges.

Endorsement does not amount to a really significant deal when it comes to ICOs. If the project looks stupid to investors it does not anymore matter who endorses it, whether it is gayweather or trump. It won't sell out. On the list, Aventus sold in a few minutes. No gayweather nor Paris f(*&*(ing Hilton nor Beiber or whoever the f*ck they are. The project looks perfect and that what matters in the end.
