Right now is the best time to hold your coins because the market prices is currently decreasing and if you want to earn more profit then hoard a huge amount of coins right now because it was the best time.

Youre right with what you said but the new project (altcoin) miners are the cause of the dump in price of almost every altcoin you see today not bounty hunters which barely receive a week reward of what the miners get in a day. The bes time of selling your altcoins is the end of every year . Always in this part of the year altcoin rich ther maximum .
Cryptocurrencies are naturally volatile in price, that is why we can't predict when it will rise and when it goes down. So, for me, sell your coins when the price gets higher than the ICO price and when you think that you really can get a good profit from it. Take that big advantage.

This normally happen when the market is green and you have held successfully till the green market and have the right number of crypto in your portfolio which can maximize your profit. 
If i saw that my altcoins are in good price i always sell 80% of it. I will not sell everything. I want to hold the remaining 25% for the future. So when those altcoin grows big i have.some in my possession.
It really depends on you on how you value a coin, for example you're holding example1coin and you think that the project doesn't have a future and the target market is not for you then pull out, sell. on the other hand if you think the idea about that coin is worth something in the future, then hodl.
Now is the best time to hold not to sell at all, many of altcoins are falling the price the price, so I think selling now can be panic selling, I think we should buy now more and more as price is really affordable but selling will not get you earn good profit,, so if you wane have bright future then you will have to hold your bitcoin for long term no need to sell it soon the price will be high enough, I think now is time to buy bitcoin as much as possible. 
when the price goes hyperbolic, when you see new all time highs every hour or every day consistently and it's increasing too quickly too fast, that's when you sell.

When exactly ! selling in the middle of up trends is a common thing , but when you in a moment where Many times got the ATH you could wait a little bit longer until it's go down a little bit ... I prefer sell on a correction that's show a bearish rather than have to missed the top value. Altcoins often break the ath a lot of times , that's what I can tell you. I would advise you to learn Technical Analysis to get an idea of when to sell and buy the coins you choose.

actually, that's is simple, the best time to sell it is when you already take a profit and it depends on how much a target from your profit. and if you believe in the project of the coin itself, you can hold it even for a long term.
