my strategy may be the same, the trade is to seek profit, cryptocurrency market altcoin many appear. then sell the right altcoin when the market is up and we already get a profit.
It is not easy to predict the sales time of any altcoin but as a trader one should have a rule he/she is following? I sell my altcoin form ICO immediately they see their first hype such as CMC listing, big partnership etc... And those ones I trade I follow analysis (TA and FA) to sell.

no one knows when the price can get high but you can sell your coins when the price reached more than 20% so you can take your profit. but my advice, don't sell all of your coins because you can wait for another increase in the price and you will earn a bigger profit. there will be a time for the coins to increase and decrease and it is our jobs to find the time so we could still make a profit. with doing this over and over, I am sure that you can earn more profit.

I tend to sell big portion my alts when they are at leasts 50-75% up and hold the rest for long term. Don't think there is a specific time for selling, with such market, you never know. Maybe end of this year? 
The best time is simply when you have made profit from your investment. For instance, if you bought from ico or you actually bought from exchange and price has increased, you can sell if you want. Sometimes too, price can drop. In this business, delay is dangerous
yet the best to sell alts is when the value reached the peak for that yr you've invest. so obviouslt if you take some investment, it would be the first thing to do is that see for the the most down value of an alt you wanted. and also selling someothers would do with some vulnarable moves as per needs so if some trader can catch that people it can have profitable. just like to hunt for those who give up on holding or badly need for finances.
It's extremely hard to determine where the peak would be if an alt makes a run so i try to set a target. For alts, 10-20% would be a decent profit for me to sell. Unless it spikes while i'm not looking at it.
Well, this days investing in altcoins isn't that exciting as before due to some hungry hunters who sees fifty and hundred dollars as so great a money that they sell and dump altcoins anyhow. Also the market is really poor this days and so holding for some time will help. I have been holding some coins for now due to dumping.

Be specific there a tons of altcoins in the market there are altcoins that have a great run since the beginning and since you have state that all altcoins is god to sell now your just being dumb that would be pointless if you sell the good running coin with a great start. Although if the circumstances changed might as well sell it and change to BTC instead.
I usually sell altcoin when it is at a price above the price when we buy, I do it consistently and routinely. The slight advantage if done regularly and consistently then is pretty good for me. I try not to be greedy, that's all.

As what I've notice the price of all the cryptocurrency are rising when the ber months are coming maybe because they have a lot of money that time that us why they are buying a pot of cryptocurrency. And in that thing the cryptocurrency are slowly rising up to their peek. Some beat their previous highest some just remain but the thing is they are rising that time when december are coming so that is the best time for me to sell.

It really depends on you on how you value a coin, for example you're holding example1coin and you think that the project doesn't have a future and the target market is not for you then pull out, sell. on the other hand if you think the idea about that coin is worth something in the future, then hodl.

Of course when the price is at their highest and when that will happen? Of course that will happen to the end of the year because for unknown reason the prices of the coins of the cryptocurrency are rising up in the end of the year but of course that happens very quickly it just need days before they fall again. And my theory in that is maybe because that is Christmas season so a lot of people are buying cryptocurrency and a lot of people are also gonna sell when the see that the price is high so that makes a sudden fall

I think you should decide the holding term before decide selling points. For long-term, you should buy with low price so that you might never be lost and you need to patient until the price grow fast. For mid and short-term, buy and get 10% profit is cool way to protect yours invesment.
when the price goes hyperbolic, when you see new all time highs every hour or every day consistently and it's increasing too quickly too fast, that's when you sell.
