The best time is simply when you have made profit from your investment. For instance, if you bought from ico or you actually bought from exchange and price has increased, you can sell if you want. Sometimes too, price can drop. In this business, delay is dangerous
the point is not to sell your coins at a very cheap price, better to sell when you already benefit. And the perfect time to sell coins is when you can make a profit and when you need money
I think the best way to sell your altcoins is when the time they hit the maximum value, by that way you could earn more profit so you better to buy alts as much as possible because we don't know when it goes up. And if you have your coins just hold it and wait till the right time comes.

The best time to sell altcoin for me is when it listed for the first time because it will get hyped and pump high, so I sell my altcoin when it pump above ICO price because it will surely dump right away and buy again. Of course there are also altcoins which are potential of gaining value in the long run, so it is still depends on which altcoin you have. The bes time of selling your altcoins is the end of every year . Always in this part of the year altcoin rich ther maximum .

Hy guys. Most of the time I use to trade with altcoins and I use to sell altcoins when they are above ICO price and giving some profit. I do not hold atlcoins for long time. What if you have some altcoins, what will be your strategy to use that coins? Is there any specific best time for every altcoin and when it is going well and we should sell ??
If you not prefer hold I suggest you try day trading with medium period ( 4H - day - week ), with this method you don't have see chart all time. For me, as long the price reach my stop loss or take profit point I'll sell it and face the result. You should prepare all possibility that might be happen with your transactions depend market trends. Not easy but practice make perfect.
it is good if he cannot hold altcoin for a long time and he prefers to sell the altcoin to get the profit. I think we have our own strategy and some of us prefer to hold in a long-term and the other prefer to sell in the short time. I think if we can see that the price is above than the ICO price, we can sell it for half or more to take the profit and we can keep the rest of the tokens and it's not a problem if we are trying to keep it for a long time because we are already to take the profit.

Selling altcoins is depends on your capital investment. If you think you have already a profit to your target price then you can sell it. If you got tokens from campaign much better to hold it for more than one month before selling it.
